Great Property Manager
The property was fun but what set this property apart from other stays was the property manager. Excellent communication and was very accomodating to my requests. I even had left something behind at the property and was assisted fully in recovering those items after leaving the property. Exceptional and above expectations!

Horrible. NOT CLEAN UNSAFE POOL. BROKEN GLASS TILES. CONCRETE CHUNKS MISSING. NO QUEEN BED IN LIVING ROOM AS ADVERTISED. NO SPARE BLANKET OR PILLOWS OR SHEETS. 3 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER FOR 6 ADULTS FOR 3 DAYS. All soaps in house were 90% water to save them $ i suppose. Host very rude and stopped communicating when asked about all the issues. very unsafe pool deck, edges lots of scrapes and cuts. Asked for refund to go to hotel and host stopped responding after saying US VRBO GUEST BREAK EVERYTHING AND PAY FOR NOTHING. TOOTHPASTE ON MIRRORS FROM LAST GUEST!!! FLOOR COVERED IN SAND, NOT SWEPT OR MOPPED. FAUCET IN 1 BATHROOM FALLING OFF WALL COULDNT USE, 2ND SHOWER DIDNT DRAIN SO YOU STOOD IN 2 INCHES OF WATER WHIlE SHOWERING. DINNING TABLE ONLY HAD 4 CHAIRS ALL OTHER BROKE STUCK IN CLOSET WITH BROKEN AIR MATRESSES.... DO NOT STAY HERE! PICK ANOTHER HOUSE PLEASE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SANITY! NOT CLEAN! UNSAFE! RUDE HOST! POOL WILL CUT YOU!!! BROKEN TILES AND CONCRTE. NO FIRE PIT! NO QUEEN BED IN LIVING ROOM! SCREEN ALL FALLING OUT ON PORCH. POOL LEAKS WATER, HAVE TO ADD WATER DAILY!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE WEEKEND WITH FAMILY

Need some improvements
the house is well decorated and spacious. The location is very good.the water is a problem. it has a horrible smell. The house has a bad smell because of the water. The owner warned me about the water. But I didn't imagine will being so bad. Other than that the house is good. Need to improve bath and face towels. the shower needs to be cleaned better.
