If you are in Venice you have to stay here. Claudette is absolutely lovely, the room was so cute, clean, well priced and perfectly located. Claudette had sent specific directions about how to get to the B&B but I didn't see it until a few days later. Nonetheless I called to say I was lost and she promptly ran down and found me, great service. It really is worth every penny, especially concidering how expensive some of the surrounding hotels charge.

Lovely Stay
The manager of the room was absolutely lovey. We arrived in the afternoon and she still gave us a tray of snacks/breakfast options. She answered all questions and lead with kindness. The room was nice and as pictured. The location is great. She allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful, lovely stay in a perfect location!
I had SUCH a wonderful stay at this lovely bed & breakfast. The host, Claudete, was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful in giving me tips to navigate Venice, and all the spots she recommended were absolutely worth visiting. The room had everything I needed, and the breakfast was lovely and more than sufficient for me. I felt like staying there was a home away from home! If I ever come back to Venice, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. ☺️🥰

A hidden jewel
What an enjoyable stay. This location is fantastic. The owner was very attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a small shower in the shared bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful in the European style. Great sights and food abound just outside your doorstep.

It’s and awesome place!!! The hosts are really nice and kind!! They showed me the main places in Venice with a map, the room was really good, clean and organized! The best stayed in Venice! It’s really close to Rialto so it was perfect for walking around! I had to carry my huge bag 3 floors, but that’s the only issue. It’s perfect! Thank you for everything!

Great location, great hostess
Overall, this place was great! Check in was easy, our room was quite clean, breakfast was plentiful. Our only complaint was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was spot on. Very close to the waterbus stop, and Claudette gave great directions to get to her place from there. There were stairs to get to the room, but in my experience, that is what you get when you go to Venice, unless you stay in one of the big hotels. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice

Venice - city centre B&B
Very attentive host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was adequate for our needs and the breakfast prepared for us each morning was very nice. The central location of the hotel did make it very noisy late at night and early in the mornings, but in reality this just meant we woke up earlier and did more sightseeing. I have suggested that the accommodation gives clearer directions on its website as finding it in the first instance was not straightforward- however the host was able to direct us there eventually.

We stayed 2 nights here, It was perfect place to stay, the room was super clean, big, comfortable and cozy, breakfast was great, and location was excellent, cant have any better. And the owner is very nice and charming, she even picked us up in the square so we did not to get lost, thank you! We will go back there again for the next visit for sure no doubt.

Great room in perfect location! Claudete was welcoming and helpful, and kindly allowed an early bag dropoff/checkin. The room rate was requested to be paid in cash, which was not a problem for us. The shared bathroom was very very small, but clean and well appointed. Our bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was an amazing array of pastries, bread, fruit, yogurt, cookies, cheese, juices, tea and instant coffee-- exciting! We only stayed one night, and it was nice that the breakfast was laid out for us to have at any time so that we did not have to arrange our plans around a set breakfast time.

Great location and beautiful room
This hotel is the best kept secret in Venice. Location is GREAT, about three blocks from the Rialto stop. The owner is very professional, attentive and helpful. The place is beautiful, the room is clean and spacious. Keep in mind that there’s no elevator as most places in Venice. Breakfast was amazing and right in your room. There was no TV in the room, which I don’t mind, but some people might. I’m sure if you tell the owner she can arrange that. We booked as shared bathroom, I’m not sure if you can book the bathroom privately. We had a problem with the American couple staying there because they took forever in the shower and we almost lose our tour. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but keep that in mind as some other guests tend to forget that these are shared facilities. Most attractions are just a few minutes away walking. Overall I couldn’t be happier about this hotel and I will totally stay there again when I return to beautiful Venice.

Claudete , who is the manager of the b&b, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was really clean and the location is superb! Very pleased with our stay and we would definitely come back!

Great location with everything you need around you eg supermarkets, restaurants and laundry. Very clean. Easy to find and close to Rialto and St Marks Square. Did not like being greeted with the “guests in our room wanted to stay an extra day and would we mind having a different room and changing again the following day”. Beware if carrying heavy suitcases as these rooms are on the 4th floor with no lift. There is no televison and the share bathroom was ridiculously small. Lots of “do’s and don’ts” notices everywhere. Pillows not good. The tourist tax payable was actually double that on the Hotels.com website. But other than that a good place to stay and good value for money by Venice standards.

Claudete was extremely helpful on arrival, very friendly and gave us s quick run down on things to do in Venice. She was happy to answer any questions we had and really wanted us to enjoy our time in the city. The location is close to the grand canal but away from the noise - perfect for access and great for some time out. Would stay again
