Lovely Hotel. It didn't have a balcony like advertised but they where able to assist us with a room switch for the second night. They helped with our bags. Great room. Great service.

The room is spacious, clean and pretty nice. It's been renovated tastefully. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that there is no reception desk at the building. check-in and check-out take place at another facility, which is not too far... a few minutes walk.

Excellent staff!!! ANDREA WAS AN ANGEL SENT BY GOD. He was so caring and nice. All the people working in this hotel are super friendly and nice. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. AMAZING LOCATION With nice picture perfect restaurants down the street. Five minutes walk to St. Marcos square. ALL the guys at the front desk are amazing, sweet and helpful. My flight to Houston Tx. Got cancelled and everyone in the hotel helped me to accommodate me in a new beautiful room that same night with no headache. They are so helpful with water taxi to the airport right at the door 🚪 of the hotel. Also the WiFi works fast and rooms are so beautiful. Thank you all in Liassidi Palace Hotel.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and ours even had a balcony over the canal. It was clean and the bathroom was luxurious! It was in close proximity to the San Zacharia Vaperetto stop. They provided us with a map and directions that made it so easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a room on the second floor of a flat associated with a hotel. There is no reception or staff located on the property. It was not what I expected but worked great for us. Hotel was a short walk from room and the staff was very accommodating.

Patches of peeled paint I. The walls, sink was not draining.. The key sister is terrible, since this was a residence owned by the hotel it had separate apartments and we got locked out coming home at night . Sat on the stairs for 3 hours unable to our room. Hotel staff never did anything to compensate, terrible!
