Had to book last minute since our other hotel canceled 2 days before we arrived. The room itself was great, bed was comfortable and clean. However. the bathroom was very challenging. The toilet lid had half of it missing. Zero counter space or storage to even set something down when using the sink. Shower had no shelves to hold soap and the shower head was not attached to wall. Had to hold the shower head while washing. Door also did not slide closed all the way. When we checked in around 6pm, there was no one at the counter and they left a code on the front gate for us to enter and the key was left on the desk. No attendant was there to check we were the names on the reservation.

Property was very odorous and smell bad Bath shower was clogged and water was not draining down. Dark water was dripping by the ceiling door to the bathroom Room area was noisy and guest checking in were not attended due to no available staff at the front desk. Very hard to reach staff for help when dialing the help desk number

The place was relatively clean but some dust under the furniture. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store right around the corner. Hotel is not easy to find. Small room for 4 people. Prices are high for the amenities.

If at all possible, find a new hotel! We paid over $300 a night for a room that was shabby, no facilities, totally lame breakfast, broken air conditioner which the staff was well aware of and when we opened the windows we got eaten alive by mosquitos. I wish I had looked at the reviews instead of the hotel description. Oh…there was a pot for heating water but no coffee. When I requested coffee I was told they only had tea.

Awful! The absolute worst!!
Our bed was broken and garbage was piled up outside our only window. They said they had another room but would not let us switch or refund us because it was past the refund deadline, but how were we supposed to know the condition of the room? They did not reach out to tell us… the manager we spoke to about the situation was incredibly rude and did not care…

Good luck finding it because the signage to find it is non existent. I recommend Apple Maps over Google Maps, as Google will take you to the wrong place in general, Apple at least puts you in the right area. You have AC but it doesn’t work. You have a bed but the sheets are filthy. You have a shower but it’s full of mold. You have a floor that’s full of dirt. This room was so dirty and so uncomfortably hot that we left after being in it for just 4 hours and found another place to stay in.

USUALLY I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WRITE REVIEWS OF EVERYTHING, BUT IN THIS CASE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO DO IT, WE TRAVEL A LOT, THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE HAS BEEN IN THIS BADLY CALLED HOTEL. THE WORST THING IS HYGIENE, I WILL SHARE PHOTOS OF THE MOLD AND CALCULATE IN THE BATHROOMS, IN ADDITION TO THE BAD IMPRESSION THAT THE READY-TO-DISPOSE FURNITURE THAT THEY USE TO DECORATE GIVES AT THE RECEPTION, WHAT I CANNOT SHOW IS THE BAD ODOR OF THE ROOM TO DIRTY AND HUMIDITY THAT WE WAKE UP FEELING BAD, THE CONDITION OF THE MATTRESSES A QUEEN BED WERE TWO TWIN MATTRESSES JOINED THAT WHEN YOU WERE IN THE MIDDLE, THE ANNOYANCE WOKE YOU UP. SUMMARY, IT IS A SHAME THAT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE IS CALLED A HOTEL AND ALSO THEY CHARGE TO BE THERE, I HOPE THIS INFORMATION IS USEFUL.

Well that was regrettable. I jus dropped the best part of £1,000 on a supposedly luxury week's stay in Venice and EVERYTHING went wrong. I alighted at the airport and boarded the water bus - so far so good. But then things went awry. Following the directions stipulated by the hotel, I was soon lost. Getting dark, I was adopted by some good samaritans, who had never heard of the hotel. After 5 hours of slogging all over Venice, I found my way - finally - to the hotel, basically a door in the wall in a back alley with a small sign. I wondered in and found the reception, unmanned, with my key waiting and a letter saying welcome. OK, odd, but, what the hey. Problem - where is my room? Turns out I was in an annex, separate from the main hotel. Again, no biggie, just strange. Got access to my room and my spirits fell. Talk about basic. I had two rooms - a living room and a bedroom. The living room sported a table and chairs, all garden furniture. There was a sink, a hob (grimy, missing hob caps), some cabinets (filthy) and a black sofa that ate you. One very small window and cruddy lighting, with the bulbs hanging loose from the ceiling. I'm sorry, it was disgusting. Contained a toilet unit with doors that didn't close properly. Enter the bedroom. One double bed, one single. I accidentally bashed the single with my shin, and it collapsed. Weird right? Three lights - a neon wall light and two bed lamps, one bust. Beds had the most Godawful mattresses, hard as bricks. Single shee
