Nice house and great owner
Nettes Haus für die ganze Familie. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich jederzeit im Haus Willkommen. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer ist in einer Einliegerwohnung untergebracht. Wir würden jderzeit wieder kommen. Hervorzuheben ist noch der Eigentümer. Kommunikation wie auch Abwicklung waren Hervorragend!

Schönes Häuschen in guter Lage
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, kontaktlose Übergabe des Schlüssels, alles super. Der Vermieter hat uns viele gute Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Häuschen ist nett und liegt auf einem eingefriedeten Grundstück. Hier hat man wirklich Ruhe und ist ungestört. Das Haus liegt etwa 1 km vom Markt und vom Zentrum von Montalivet-les-Bains entfernt. Morgens zu Fuß ins Städtchen zu laufen, Baguette und frisches Obst zu kaufen und in einem der kleinen Bars am Rande des Marktes ein petite déjeuner zu verzehren ist unserer Meinung nach der beste Beginn des Tages. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Nicht nur Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, auch ein großer Kühlschrank und genügend Besteck und Geschirr. Auf dem Induktionsherd lässt es sich gut und schnell kochen. Es ist Schlafplatz für 6 Personen in dem Häuschen. Bei Regenwetter kann es jedoch etwas eng im Haus werden. Abzüge gibt es für die Sauberkeit und Gepflegtheit des Hauses und des Grundstücks. Der Rasen stand hoch und wurde auch in den drei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gemäht. Die Schubladen in der Küche und in den Zimmern waren z.Tl. staubig und krümelig. Auf dem Boden lagen Tier- und Menschenhaare, als sei vor dem Feudeln nicht gesaugt worden. Spinnweben unter den Möbeln und in den Raumecken. Insgesamt sind Möbel und Haus nicht sehr gepflegt. Wem das allerdings nichts ausmacht, kann hier einen ruhigen und sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen.
