We would highly recommend this property. It is clean, beautifully located on a hill close to the beach with a wonderful restaurant and gorgeous pool. We were treated like family. And we even heard the howler monkeys.

My boyfriend and I had the most relaxing stay here. It was our favorite stop in Costa Rica thus far. The property itself is gorgeous, the food is incredible and the people are so nice and accommodating. We felt like family and will most certainly be back again! Do not hesitate to come here for a little rest and relaxation. It was just what we needed.

This lodge is in a quiet area of Costa Rica. The area around the lodge does not have many sights but we enjoyed walking the beach in the morning. The dining was fabulous and the staff were great.

Guacamaya Lodge very peaceful and nice
Great little place with a great restaurant. It's not on the beach but you can hear the waves crashing and you can walk to an amazing sunset in about 5 minutes. Food in the restaurant was spot on and delicious. It may have been the most expensive meal I had in CR but it wasn't out of this world expensive. Nice pool, good drinks, and a large/spacious cabana for a room with good AC and very well kept grounds. It's a quieter place so if you're looking to relax and have a day away from many people, this is a great place
