I was so incredibly impressed with our rooms and service at the Hyatt. The immediate beach access, amount of activities, the food (specifically the guy at Mahi Mahi, Hector).. I could go on for days. We will definitely be booking with this hotel every time we come back to Puerto Rico!

The overall experience was wonderful.my daughters and their best friend felt safe. The Mahi Mahi bar and grill was some of the best food we have eaten. Service was impeccable and Wesley was awesome! Such a great person and made us feel welcome. Just beautiful.

Crazy Outdated and Not worth the money
This place should NOT be a Hyatt. It is so rundown, old, and moldy, it’s terrible. I am shocked. I could’ve had an Airbnb but thought a Hyatt would be much nicer . Big mistake.

I had a 2 bedroom with my husband and 2 adult children (19 & 22). I loved the extensive living area with 2 bath & 2 balconies. The pool area was lovely with nice landscaping, plenty of chairs/umbrellas and 2 hot tubs. The on site restaurant was very good with an extensive menu for breakfast/lunch and dinner and good bar drinks. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is nothing within walking distance, so you definitely need a car to explore the area. Many good restaurants within 10 minute drive. The beach was a very private cove and had chairs and umbrellas included. There were multiple stray dogs that wander the property…..but they do not approach the guests unless you offer them food. We would definitely stay again. Lovely vacation!

Hermoso lugar, las fotos muestran realmente lo que es el lugar. No como otros lugares que maquillan las fotos para que se vean mas bonitas… Estuve con mi esposa y mis dos hijos (13 y 18) por una semana. Lo pasamos hermoso, la atencion de los empleados fue extraordinaria, las instalaciones estan en muy buenas condiciones y limpias. La playa es lo mejor que tienen, aunque no la recomendaria para niños muy chicos porque hay muchas olas y se pone profunda rapidamente. Las piscina es espectacular y los dos jacuzzis son perfectos para la noche. El restaurant casi que no lo usamos porque no tiene mucha variedad y es un poco caro, pero si probamos unas papas fritas, pollo frito y un par de bebidas. Necesitas rentar vehiculo si se quedan aqui muchos dias, hay restaurantes y supermercados a unos 10 minutos manejando que hacen la estadia mas linda a los que no se puede acceder caminando. Volveria a ir a este lugar, es hermoso!

We like it overall but we had no electricity for 24 hours. Hotel could offer us a complimentary drinks or something for inconvenience. We were provided flashlights, but after sunset at 6 we had nothing to do, no tv no refrigerator no AC total blackout
