Very nice room but the bathroom was not same standard with a shower curtain and a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet. Som of the seats in the top restaurant had a lot of stains.

18th floor bar has spectacular lake views. Great restaurant choices in the hotel. Beautiful 7th floor pools, spa and sauna. A real destination hotel. Fantastic.

A truly one in a lifetime experience
Truly amazing in all sense... decor, facilities, service levels, location, experience, food, comfort everything was first class and amazing value for money. this hotel would be triple the price in London. Free coffee on entry, extremely friendly and helpful staff (lent me a phone charger), décor and cleanliness were exemplary. The room very comfortable with stunning views. The food in the ground floor restaurant was stunning and wonderful experience. Gym was well equipped, good size and more than adequate for keen gym goer. Breakfast bag for early leaver (gutted i couldn't have full breakfast) and everything went smoothly. A truly one in a lifetime experience

Kolmörka korridorer. Mörk inredning överallt utom på del av frukorstmatsalen.Mörkt i entre/lobby trots en massa starinljus = ok vintertid men urr under vackra sommardagar!

Tyvärr besviken på service, personalen och maten
Själva hotellet, dvs byggnaden, är väldigt fin och man har lagt mycket tid och pengar på miljön. Men tyvärr så matchar inte servicen och den övriga upplevelsen det. Personalen är överlag (med få undantag) ointresserade och ibland rent otrevliga. Maten är heller inget speciellt och dessutom ett ganska dåligt utbud. Så på det hela taget så kan jag tyvärr inte rekommendera Steam hotell. Jag kommer inte att komma tillbaka dit

Vi brukar komma hit regelbundet. Supermysig atmosfär, fantastisk service och läcker frukost. Ville tipsa om att besöka hotellets spa (kan görbokas på hotellets hemsida), den är toppen!
