Very pathetic hotel, not on the given location as shown on google maps, they gave us room like store rooms whole place is full of dirt filthy room, dirty washroom no room service miss-guiding tourist by showing different location, common bathroom for 3 rooms, no queen size as promised They have kept the name same as reputed and very well placed shiva lounge this is same as home stay with owner treating guest as they have a free stay here. They have kept the name same as reputed and very well placed shiva lounge this is same as home stay with owner treating guest as they as they never wanted guest to stay ,very arrogant and rude behaviour not recommended at all for stay in banaras hotel should not be listing on reputed websites as it will make customers will lose faith in hotel.com
