Séjour Vannes
Superbes vacances passé à Vannes, le quartier est agréable et calme. Un Super U, la boulangerie ainsi que le bus sont à proximité du logement se qui fut un plus sans voiture. Les environs sont parfait pour des randonnées ainsi que la mer. La ville de Vannes est agréable à visiter. Je recommande volontiers le logement ainsi qu’un bon propriétaire a l’écoute pour des questions.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement au mois d'août 2022. L'appartement est très agréable et bien placé dans un quartier calme avec les commerces essentiels à proximité et accessibles à pieds. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillant. Je recommande ce logement.

Un petit nid près de Vannes
Accueil agréable. Apparemment idéal pour découvrir la région. Confortable et propre. Endroit tranquille. Boulangerie et supermarché à 100 mètres. Parking facile devant l'appartement, mais il existe un garage privé.

semaine très agréable
Appartement très agréable pour 4 personnes (grand, calme, bien equipé, garage et balcon etant un plus) et très bien placé pour visiter Vannes et les alentours (nombreux sites touristiques à moins d une heure en voiture) A pied le centre ville et la plage de Conleau sont accessibles en environ 20 minutes. Tous les commerces utiles sont à moins de 5 minutes (supermarché-buraliste-pharmacie et très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie) M. Morice est un hôte très sympathique qui donne toutes les informations pratiques et touristiques pour que le séjour soit le plus réussi possible. Bref nous recommandons d autant que le prix nous paraît tout à fait raisonnable.

Bon appartement pour couple avec enfant
Propriétaire très disponible pour répondre aux questions avant l'arrivée. Très bon accueil, avec les explications du fonctionnement de l'appartement et les bons plans des environs. Appartement très bien situé, à distance raisonnable des plages et sites touristiques des environs (une voiture facilite beaucoup les déplacements). Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Idéalement placé pour visiter le golfe du Morbihan
Super séjour à Vannes dans un appartement hyper confortable et très cosy! on s'y sent comme chez soi! Commerces à proximité très appréciables, gare maritime à 15 min à pieds pour les visites des îles, centre historique de Vannes à 20 min à pieds, ainsi que la presqu'île de Conleau et sa plage, accès facile depuis la 2 voies,cadre agréable, et surtout la sympathie et disponibilité du propriétaire tant par mail, que par téléphone ou sur place. Bref, pour passer un bon séjour à Vannes et ses alentours, n'hésitez pas !

Appartement très coquet !
Excellent séjour à Vannes dans cet appartement ! L'accueil par le propriétaire est très sympathique ; aide pour les bagages, boissons fraiches, appartement fleuri. On se sent très rapidement chez soi avec cet appartement très bien décoré, agréable et fonctionnel. Concernant la situation de l'appartement, il est très bien situé : à 5 min de la vieille ville et du port pour visiter les îles du Golf. Je recommande sans hésitation ! :-)

Rien à dire sur ce duplex bien situé au sud de Vannes, idéal pour la visite du golfe.
Si l'ensemble de ce T2 ne prête pas à discussion car il est bien entretenu, il manque certainement un congélateur avec le frigo, voir un lave-vaisselle. L'accueil et le départ sont de qualité avec le couple de propriétaires, très avenant et sympathiques pour prendre possession de la location. La boulangerie est excellente et le "super U" suffisant pour les courses : poisson ou viande. Pour les plages, ne vous attendez pas à avoir de l'espace à "Conleau" très réduite à marée haute.

Dés notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le propriétaire qui nous a même monté nos bagages à la location. L'appartement et propre et bien équipé, il est idéalement situé pour faire de bonne balade dans les îles du Golfe du Morbihan et très proche du centre ville. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le soleil était au rendez-vous !

Une semaine plus que parfaite passée à Vannes
Petits et grands, nous sommes repartis enchantés de notre semaine passée à Vannes. Ce logement est plus que conforme à sa description faite dans l'annonce. Il était très propre, fonctionnel et très bien décoré. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. De plus, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, qui a été soucieux de notre long voyage pour venir et nous a proposé des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée... Des fleurs avaient été disposées dans les vases. Nous étions attendus avec enthousiasme, ce qui a fait très plaisir. Le propriétaire nous a informés des différentes escapades intéressantes à faire à Vannes et dans ses alentours et s'est montré très disponible en cas de besoin tout au long de notre séjour. La situation de l'appartement est idéale. Les commerces sont à peine 5 minutes de marche. Le centre de Vannes est accessible à pied. Bref, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons !

Appartement spacieux, plaisant et bien aménagé. Propriétaire sympathique. Le seul hic, le stationnement! Nous sommes obligés de stationner sur le parking des résidences voisines ce qui ne plait pas aux propriétaires de ces résidences. Des mots sont mis sur le pare brise des voitures ce qui n'est pas rassurant.
