Due to the terms 'renovated 'and the photos (private shower in a room), I thoyght there was a bathroom in the room. It wasn't. I asked the receptionist to have another room because I couldnt share a public shower because I'm considered to be fragile (Covid context) . She said itwas a booking from Expedia so she had no solution and if I wanted to be refunded, I should send a mail to the direction. I was very upset...I told her it was not from Expedia but Hotels.com. She replied I was wrong.I had to pay for another stay in a Kyriad hotel.So that I paid more than 110 euros for a night. In the past, I was receptionist in hotels in Paris. I used to find a solution when a customer was unsatisfied. Two days later, I booked a room in a Best Western hotel. It was at the same rate but the amenities were far better. I took photos to prove it. I'm veruy upset because it wasn't clear that there were rooms without bathrooms. She said it depends on the name of the roons .... I'll never book a room in that hotels! More than 55euros for a small room with a sink ? It's a shame!
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in upon arrival we were stared at by a group of gypsys sitting in the entrance the lady at reception was very rude pretending she didn’t know English then after showing her pictures of my booking had rude comments in English she should be sacked felt like she didn’t like english people there are definitely family’s of gypsys living there 24/7 at 11/12 both night their kids making loads of noise running up and down the corridors the toilet was shocking there was no hand wash or soap and after 10 mins of being cleaned urine all over the toilets there is no toilet seat when asked the staff they couldn’t understand English, outside my window I watched a man in a silver Mercedes doing drugs then wobbling of trying to hide the drugs bottle under his arm he kept going to and from one of the windows on the bottom floor both nights looked like dealing to me , there are about 20 old bikes chained up in the car park I will never visit a hotel F1 again in my life it should be called hostel F1 worst experience wish I read the reviews properly before booking
