Charming summer house, perfect for your family holiday in Hospitalet de L'Infant, 1-minute walk from El Arenal Beach and 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops of Hospitalet de L'Infant, a lively little town on the Costa Dorada.

The beautiful El Arenal beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Hospitalet de L'Infant, is surrounded by nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, bathrooms, hammock rental, lifeguard and a good beach bar where you can taste delicious food. Try the mojitos at the beach bar, we highly recommend them!

The house is part of the UHC ARENAL II FAMILY COMPLEX residential complex of 24 houses arranged in various blocks, all enjoying a fantastic communal area, lawned gardens and swimming pool (one for adults and another smaller one for kids). The property stands out for its excellent location, in a beautiful and quiet part of the town. From the communal area, there is direct access to the beach.

The house consists of 4 floors connected by an internal staircase:

The ground floor located at the level of the community garden and pool has:

- Terrace - Exterior porch of about 50 m2 with access to the community garden.
- Pleasant living room with access to the large terrace.
- Well equipped independent kitchen.
- Courtesy toilet.

On the first floor we find:

- En-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace with pleasant views of the sea. Private bathroom. This bedroom has a split air-conditioning unit.
- Bedroom with 1 single bed with built-in wardrobes.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes.
- Full bathroom with bathtub - shower.

The upper floor consists of:

Living room - bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed and access to a terrace with sea views.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Seasonal outdoor pool. (One for adults and one for kids)
- Private parking (in the basement of the house) included for 2 cars.
- Privileged Beachfront location.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Nice house
A nice house close to the beach and a cute city. Nice balconies. The pillows in the beds could need a wash. The garage was convienient although we could not manage to get into it with our slightly big rental car. We could definitely come back.
