A beautiful Room in a very serene, beautiful and well-located location in Surrey with easy approach to Langley and Surrey. Its an independent bungalow. Excellent value for money. Cloverdale is a vibrant community in Surrey, British Columbia, known for its rich history and small-town feel. It features a mix of residential areas, agricultural land, and modern amenities. The historic downtown has charming shops, restaurants, and community events, like the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair, which attracts visitors annually.

Cloverdale also offers parks, schools, and recreational facilities, making it a great place for families. The area is well-connected, with access to public transit and major highways, making it easy to explore the rest of Surrey and the Greater Vancouver area. Overall, it’s a blend of heritage and growth, with a strong sense of community.

Review - stay away.
This property was a letdown and I have a high tolerance, I'm not a neat freak myself. It was dirty. The room was not clean when I moved in, ex a Coke bottle on the shelf, hair on the floor in the room and the bathroom, worst of all, stains on the sheets. The kitchen and the common spaces were also dirty. I bought food to prepare in the kitchen but it is not well stocked (unlike the images shown in the ad) there was not enough forks/ knives, no washing machine so the dirty dishes were piling up. My food was stolen from the kitchen so I didn't end up cooking there anyways and had to get rig of the food that remained. There were other people (also booking rooms) who were partying until 2-3am on most nights, smoking inside (and worse...) stinking up the whole house. I would unfortunately not recommend this place to anyone. It would be worth the price to book a hotel room for 40% more and eat out seeing as one should not expect to cook here anyways.
