Good location, but avoid the rooms facing the main street as it is very, very noisy. I would only return if I could secure a room as far away from the Burrard Street as possible.

a great cute little place! perfect for a shorter stay, my boyfriend and i were happily surprised at the cleanliness and level of service. the area has a lot of homeless people, but this isnt the hotels fault and as a woman i still felt safe when walking around. would recommend!

Not happy about it
During our stay in this hotel, the elevator was not working. We were told that it would be repaired the next day. It didn't happen and they didn't know when it would. We had to use the stairs all the time. When we checked out, I looked at the invoice and the first night was the price I had been quoted Approximately USD 166. The second night was USD 252. When I complained the receptionist said it was because of events. Not clear what she meant, but since I complained, she reduced the price to USD252. I don't like to be lied to. When I ask for a quote, I expect it to be true.

We stayed here for 8 nights on our recent trip to Vancouver and we love this hotel! It's a very cute boutique hotel centrally located close to downtown Vancouver with a reasonable price. Very friendly staff and 24 hours front desk. Here are some of the things we like the most about this hotel: - Free bike rentals (Helmet included) - Free on-site parking (Not sure if it applies to all customers) - Free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks on selected days - Washing machine, dryer and microwave available in the basement floor - Daily refill for water, tea and coffee - Fireplace area - 35 mins to Vancouver airport (13 mins walk to Yaletown Skytrain station) - Rooms are very clean and cozy. Daily housekeeping available I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Vancouver! I am sure you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

This is a cute hotel in a relatively central location. The area around it is a little bit sketchy with some noise from the street, but it has a secure car park and in general I felt pretty safe. The rooms are small and could use some interior renovation but I did really appreciate the free parking and the free water and the free coffee. That's not always a given these days. The staff were lovely as well.

We liked. We enjoyed the property. The room was good and very clean. We liked the location. We liked the free bottled water. We didn’t like On Friday night we didn't like the loud music until 3 am and then all the construction noise at 7 am in the morning. We didn't get a lot of sleep or an enjoyable sleep.

The staff was very helpful in helping us find our way and the room clean and comfortable. I only had issues with figuring out how to work the coffee machine but that may just be a me problem YouTube helped me there. Thank you for a great stay.

Older hotel but clean and renovated inside. Loved the sitting area on second floor with fire pits, plants and tables to sit and have your coffee and relax. Unfortunately the elevator was still brocken, but staff were there to help if needed. Walking distance to pacific center and dinning. Great stay.
