The phones in the room did not work. We asked for them to be fixed numerous times and nothing. I ordered a glass of wine at the buffet that was $12 a glass the waitress brought me a different wine than I ordered an said the bartender says it’s a good on when I opened the bill to leave I saw the wine was $21 dollars a glass not what I asked for and nothing special

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my partner and I had during our stay on the night of August 31st, Iwhich was meant to be a special occasion as it was our wedding night. We booked a suite, expecting a comfortable and memorable stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and worse, the linens, including the flat sheet, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases, had a strong, unpleasant odor—resembling either human sweat or a musty smell. It was unbearable. We contacted room service to request fresh linens, but it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to come. When the attendant finally arrived, it was clear he did not understand our request. We had to explain and point out what we needed, but even then, he only returned with a woollen blanket. After more explanation, he finally brought us a fitted sheet, but by this time, it was already 2 a.m. We were exhausted, so we had no choice but to change the fitted sheet ourselves and remove the stinky duvet and flat sheet. We ended up using the woollen blanket for the rest of the night. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a special and intimate night for us. We did not expect this level of service, especially on such an important occasion. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of both your room conditions and staff training to ensure other guests don’t face the same disappointment.

Beautiful hotel and lovely room but overall a little dusty. Kicked up my allergies a bit. When I fluffed the pillow in the bed, a puff of dust came out. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.

Staff here are friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and ready when we got there. Location is great as it's right near the train that will take you into Vancouver. However, for the love of god PLEASE get better pillows for the beds. It felt like sleeping in a rock all night!

A great choice to stay with the Skytrain attached to the property. Not many options walkable around, but with Skytrain access, this should not be a problem. Room was perfect and quiet, and staff are professional.

The whole family loved staying at the River Rock Casino Resort! The pool and the water slide were a hit with the kids, and the Skytrain station is a couple steps away which is convenient. There is also guest parking. Rooms were clean and spacious, and staff is very friendly. We would go back again!

Rooms definitely need updating . Wallpaper peeling off the wall in bedroom. Same carpet, furniture and pictures on the wall that were there for the last many years we have stayed there.
