Early check in good. Not enough towels for amount of guests. No pool towels. One guest harassed at casino entry for being intoxicated when in fact she was not, she is disabled with cerebral palsy, which was extremely embarrassing for her. Was very offensive.

Restaurant choices were horrible. Rooms okay but hotel across skybridge from casino resort. Confusing and difficult to navigate. Casino itself absolutely worst experience ever. All id did was change US$ to CAN$ and then back again. Never placed a bet or spent a dime.

Property is showing its age, carpets in hallway ripped and lifting. Bathroom fixtures dusty and prints still on mirror the entire visit. Bathroom still had used linen hanging on curtain. Generally not clean for the price.

I’ve been going to this hotel for years and the service and quality have gone downhill. The employees are not friendly or engaging. No customer service skills. The buffet is terrible, food use to be fabulous. The lobby area was not clean and the carpets needs to be cleaned or replaced in the rooms. Very sad and disappointing because at one time, the hotel was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Richmomd, BC.

Best place to stay if you love wasting money!
From the moment we entered the door and the damp mildewy smell from the batbroom wafted over us, my wife and I new our 2 night stay at this property would be memorable. From the fitness conscious 1.5 block walk down partially obstructed sidewalks to the hotel lobby, to the non-functioning phones conveniently located in the room, this property boasts none of the features you could want! Luckily, the front desk is just a call away, where you will be placed in an edless loop of non-functional mailbox setups without ever speaking to a human. Feel like personal face to face service past 8pm while staying in the east tower, wait the ten minutes for your elevator car to arrive and you too can be told by the front desk to call the main hotel number where you can play the endless loop game all over again! If that sound frustrating, you can always blow off some steam at the pool or fitness center conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the west tower. Where is the 2nd floor you ask? Unlabeled between 1 and 3, in a fun "solve the mystery" sorta way. After a good hearty swim you can fall asleep on two overstuffed pillows roughly the size and firmness of a stack of 3 phone books. The pool really is cool and a highlight, but I have never received such poor customer service from a "luxury" property in my 25+ years of travel. If you enjoy blowing money and getting nothing for your cash, stay here and double down by going to the casino!
