Fire alarms went off twice once at 4am in the morning apparently due to we think it’s technical issues as there were no fire trucks. No apologies from the management nor explanation at all. Was not impressed

Surprisingly quiet rooms. Very clean. Reception very friendly and accommodating. Inly minor problem is the parking lot. You have to either walk through the casino or the outside of the hotel.

We arrived early and just expected to leave our luggage at reception but we were surprised and they said that they had a room available for us right away, They also upgraded us for no reason. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Very bad customer service. Fire drill went off around 4:50am in the morning, hotel didn’t make clear announcement, after the alarm was cleared, we realized we locked ourselves out and elevators got shutdown we called the front desk they wanted us to take the emergency stairway down to the lobby to get our keys

Very beautiful lodge atmosphere. Only 3 food options in food court. All fast food. No deserts on any menu. Gordon Ramsay restaurant not open yet.

Overall, it was a great stay! The only disadvantage was the current renovations on the restaurant downstairs. There were other food options located in the casino, but children aren’t allowed in there, so that limited eating on site. The swimming pool door also didn’t work with hotel key, so that was inconvenient. Will be staying there again!
