The room had a strong smell of smoke and some sort of cleaner attempting to cover said smoke. The beds were uncomfortable, and the entire property seemed dingy and sketchy.

Found multiple spiders in the room. Iron had some color which messed up our clothes. Upon sharing with front desk felt they had very casual attitude towards it. Room was ok but had some strange smell and same in the hallway. Did not feel worth the value.

We booked 2 double Queens next to each other. One room wreaked of Urine so bad we could not sleep in it. Even after complaining to staff and manager and asking them to see for themselves we were not offered any resolution. It was hard they said after people stay, they leave smells behind, but they will spray air freshener. i feel sorry for the next person who gets that room.

Dirty.
Upon arrival, there were not enough parking spots to accommodate all rooms. So we had to park in a yellow zone. Then we get to the room and the carpet was wet. Like it had been shampooed but not dried. It was disgusting. The frame around the door was coming away from the wall, the sheets had stains on them. The towels had rust stains and holes. It was a gross hotel. Never will stay at a red lion again, especially this one.

Was late and showed up the next day with a disabled person (this room was prepaid and we never canceled) and they said because I wasn’t there the first day they canceled my entire stay with no refund and no where else to go.
