The first given room had a really awful odour but the staffs apologized and changed my room. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable and I woke up with body and back pain I didn't really enjoy my stay as I expected. The only plus to it was it's really close to the airport.

Amazing gym with excellent equipment and great view. Front desk Service was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows could use some variety. A bit too plush so not great for someone with neck or back pain. Slightly sour smell in rooms but they are very clean with nicely appointed washrooms

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff was AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond to make it special for us. Kind, friendly, caring. From Taylor's music in the lobby to friendship bracelets, stickers upon arrival and the decorations! Super convenient location to the airport with the shuttle and made getting around Vancouver super easy. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. Thank you for making it a special and memorable weekend!
