Experience
I would not recommend this property to anyone. It is in a good location, but there is no parking on site. You either have to find parking on the street or cross the street in a busy shopping complex. It was a horrible, bad experience. The property has only one mirror in the bathroom and no mirrors in any of the rooms or the family room. The family upstairs makes so much noise in the early morning. It’s hard to sleep. I wouldn’t suggest it.to anyone.

Mold possibly from the entrance made the small basement suite's air quality so bad that we had breathing issues in the first 45 minutes. The seating was suitable for children and used to give the illusion of a much larger space. The entrance was in the back yard that you had to walk across wet grass to get to. The upstairs tenant with small children who initially said he was not the host when he loudly said the door code from the deck and after we complained that he had told the neighborhood, said he knew it because he was the owner via text. By the time we got off the phone with vrbo, my daughter was in a full blown asthma attack and my lungs were shutting down and we had to leave the site.

Parking was the only complaint we had. No designated spot. Or heads up. We parked at the TD Canada across the street. Think there was on street parking. We left early and got back daily so didnt appear to be an issue. Didnt use the house for much more than sleeping and bathing. Had some dishes, but not much for a family. Was just 2 of us. Pretty sure its fairly newer for a vrbo. Had 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a twin futon in the living room. Shopping area nearby with most essentials. Tldr Parking wasn't the best. Needed a light near gate going to the basement.

This was the best house I visited, the host was wonderful, he kept making sure that we're doing ok and if we need anything, this place is highly recommended.

There is no light outside.We came home late no lights on the side also couldn’t open door contact host the host did not reply or answer my phone and I closed the door connected to the house when we came back door was open it means someone came inside when we were not their but nothing was missing

Well it was clean and priced right. It was also freezing cold- the heat offered is two space heaters. The couch/futon in the living area was very thin and it was very rainy so the space was cold and there aren’t even extra blankets. The shower curtain was missing hooks and falling off the curtain rod, there were ants in one of the rooms, damp towels in the dryer and when I’d try to message the person I got no answer. At least my bed was comfortable

It was more than adequate for us. The parking and luggage management was inconvenient as the parking was across a busy street and there was no place to pull up in the front or back to load or unload our luggage.
