• We have tenants living in a suite downstairs, please do not enter the lower floor - it is off limits to guests. There is a locked door on both sides to prevent tenants and guests entering restricted space. Tenants have a separate entrance to the home so will not have any access to your space.

• Events are subject to approval - please notify us prior to booking if you are planning on hosting any events.
• Quiet hours after 10PM please. The unit is equipped with noise monitoring and guests will be given two warnings for noise.
