Rooms were tired, furniture old. No cooking stuff even tho I had a stove top. No cutlery or dishes, no room service, no bathrobes, hot tub out of order. No tub in room was a wheelchair accessible room. Had to change rooms to get a tub and then they upcharged me $30/day same room just a tub. My plugin in the kitchen didnt work so I had to make coffee in the bathroom. All round felt that it wasnt worth the $400/day. Would not recommend .

Convenient location in North Vancouver, 15 mins from downtown Vancouver, and close to tourist destinations in North Vancouver. Hotel and rooms are a bit old and require renovations.

We only stayed here one night on the way to Kamloops. Kids loved the pool. It had good facilities - laundry room. You could have breakfast in the restaurant and kids are free which was a bonus. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay again. It was costly for what was realistically a basic hotel. Rooms were quite well used and met our basic needs. However, they were dusty and the Aircon was oddly placed blowing onto the bed.

your rooms smell musty af and the staff wasn’t very pleasant. not only that but i didn’t even get to use my breakfast coupon because we went to eat at 10:45 and apparently it was ‘invalid’. this whole experience felt like a huge waste of money and i will not be returning

Very pretty area around the hotel, and they accommodated our early check in and late check out. This was a big help! Also, the room was comfortable. The hotel was in a good location since we rented a car. It was easy to get to Whistler and Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Initially, I was extremely frustrated because l was not told that the hot tub and pool were closed. I went back and spoke with the manager the next morning, and I understand that things need to get done however, I felt that the staff at checking in should have shared that information. The manager compensated me with a voucher for the restaurant. Overall, it was good. Next time I would just ask if the pool and Hot tub are working because that was what was important to me however, other guest may find that this hotel is really clean, wonderful and attentive. I definitely will stay here again
