Have stayed here before and was great. This time just ok. No toiletries provided and we when we asked the desk they didn’t have any and acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about. Also even though Expedia says room service there is not. We also did not get the VIP items we were supposed to. Also the restaurant is good but it allows you to order online but your really can’t. So even though you can make the order online and it tells you how long it will take when you go to pick it up they said they don’t do online orders you have to call.

The property is older, but nice. My only real complaint is paying $12 a night for parking.

Friendly staff, loved the architecture and decor. Was bummed as the balcony in our room was closed and shower water pressure not good but otherwise a great stay. Would return.

It was a good stay. Especially since it was after Christmas and the decorations were still up! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice pillows were too soft for me and the toilet and sink were not secured so they moved a bit. The patio was nice didnt use it cause its winter and it was raining. Overall we would stay there again! 😊

I booked this stay as at this location because it had a hot tub and pool. We were so looking forward to using those facilities. After we checked in and went to the pool/hot tube the hot tub was broken. Extremely disapointing.

I always enjoy by stay at the Heathman Lodge. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not working but when you have to wait on a part, there is nothing to do about that. Looking forward to my next stay.

3rd time staying here and coming back in a few weeks for a 4th before I fully relocate to the area. Really like this hotel, it's in a convenient area to everything, easy parking, the staff is great and the restaurant is fantastic.
