Welcome to a modern two-story loft featuring 16-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony—an exceptional find in this building—offering spectacular city views. Here, you can unwind and take in the incredible sights. Enjoy complete privacy with this exposure. Access the incredible rooftop patio with panoramic views and other amenities for at-home convenience. Just outside the front door, explore Yaletown, Marinaside, False Creek, the Seawall, Coal Harbour, and much more, all within easy walking distance.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, from utensils to wine glasses, and a Nespresso coffee machine ready for your morning pick-me-up! The inviting living room features an electric fireplace and a comfy fold-out sofa, perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows on the large TV set. There’s also a handy workspace for those who need to stay productive. Enjoy high-speed fibre optic Internet, boosted by two signals spread across different levels to keep you connected. The windows feature curtains on an automatic mechanism, easily controlled with a remote.

A massive wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where you will find a plush bed flanked by designed wooden side tables with table lamps. A wall-mounted TV is also available for your entertainment. The mirror ceiling above the bedroom increases the space and adds a delightful touch to the decor. The washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby. Beautiful oil paintings adorn the walls, giving the loft a warm and artistic atmosphere.

SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room.

SELF CHECK-IN
I won't be present to greet you, so you'll have to use the self-check-in option. Upon arrival, buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. To enter the unit, you'll need to enter an individual code for the smart lock, which I'll send along with detailed check-in instructions two days before your arrival.

SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. The camera is located inside the unit, facing only the front entrance, and it is non-motorized (meaning it does not move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any cameras outside to record the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and there are no other cameras inside the property.
I only check the camera in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbors. Therefore, it is unlikely that I will see you in the footage. After three days, all recordings are automatically deleted.
I will provide a screenshot from the camera to show the area that is being filmed.


HOUSE RULES
Please recognize that this building is not a hotel, so policies and rules must be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine or eviction from the apartment without a refund of the rent.

1. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. I understand you want to invite friends over or have dinner together. Please let me know ahead of time.

2. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS.

3. Smoking and drugs are prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking is permitted at street level. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $200 fine for each day of your stay.

4. If you lose or damage your keys, there will be a KEY REPLACEMENT FEE of $100.

5. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay.

6. BE RESPECTFUL to our neighbors and building management. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.

7. Well-trained pets are welcome but with an additional fee. Pets aren’t allowed on furniture.

8. Treat my property carefully and REPORT ANY DAMAGE to the unit or its contents before checkout.

Good location, poor service.
Check in was problematic, almost had to cancel the reservation through Vrbo because the host didn't give us check in instructions on time, and neither vrbo management or my party could get a hold of the host until well after check in time. The place itself was alright, though there is an ant problem despite the room being on a higher floor. The location of the place is very convenient though.

The space was clean and well appointed with a number of fun accessories and a spectacular view. The location was lovely and easy walking distance to all the things we wanted to get to. On- site parking was a huge perk. My only complaint, really, was the lack of basic toiletries (not a bar of soap or bottle of shampoo to be had) and the bedding, which consisted of one very old and very pilled bottom sheet, no top sheet, and a comforter that was very worn, scratchy and far too heavy for July. Would absolutely stay again, so long as the bedding is replaced.

Convenient location.
My husband and I stayed five nights. We were attending the Vancouver Fetish Weekend. It was a convenient location for most of the events during our stay. It was clean, but lacking a few things such as a toaster, chairs to sit on and a coffee maker other than the pod coffee maker. I must say, the place had a few pieces of "furniture" that made our stay memorable 😊. If the need arises we would stay again.

Location, location, location
This location was a perfect two block walk to my company’s main office for a two week business trip. Robson Street, Pacific Centre Mall and great restaurant options were also within a short walking distance. The place was clean, well stocked and communication was ideal. It was great to have assessable secure parking in a secure building. There is also a Starbucks directly across the street from the front entrance!
