We didn’t realize that cozy meant small. One person could make do here for a night or two with very little baggage but two people for 4 nights was cramped. We had to step over our bags to get around the bed to the bathroom and the closet (with no lighting) that doubled as the “kitchenette”. The kettle plugs in next to the bed on the desk and we had to eat and drink on the bed. The hosts are Iikely a very busy family because they are delayed in responding. Also, they didn’t address the pillows that was a suggestion from a previous review. Clean? Definitely! Lots of products to use in the bathroom but limited towels and no wash cloths. We were able to use the laundry and that was a bonus. The cost should have been a clue that it was too good to be true. The neighbourhood is difficult to get to the main thoroughfares to move around the greater Vancouver area.

Super clean, newish, private ensuite, small fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room. The best part was the most delicious smells coming from the family's kitchen every evening! Easy access to highways and close to a large shopping area with a Walmart
