Stay was average. What totally soured the experience was I checked out 1 day early and was still charged for the last night even though my wife and I did not stay there and was not offered a refund as a Best Western Gold Plus Member. When I checked out there was no one at the front desk and placed my room keys in the drop box as the front desk sign requested. This was 08:50 in the morning. I am registered with Best Western Plus for emailed receipts and still have not received my receipt. Hotel called me, left voicemail, and I called them back... asking me if I had checked out 1 day early. I confirmed yes I had checked out. Front desk clerk checked with her manager and said they would not refund me the $240 for the night I did not stay there. Very disappointing. Best Western have never treated me this way before. Will spend my money with other hotels in the future and not the Best Western after being my preferred hotel chain for many years. Will take my business elsewhere. Thanks Best Western for pushing me to your competitors!

Homeless camp right next to the parking lot. Wouldn’t recommend walking around the area after dark. Staff is always amazing at this hotel, and the pool and hot tub are great. Very comfy beds and good breakfast that is included.

In all honesty, we love this place. The jacuzzi and pool are lovely. The continental breakfast was on point. But the beds absolutely destroyed our backs. And we weren’t the only ones. Every person on the breakfast room was hobbling. Our 16 yo son, whom plays rep sports; travels a lot with his teams; used to staying in hotels, was mangled. The beds need to be upgraded or no one will want to stay again. 0 stars for the beds. 5 stars for amenities, staff and location

This property is mature but has been kept up nicely. Rooms were clean and larger than expected. Pool was smallish but decent for a couple teens and their dad to have a dip and get what they needed. Laundry is there if you need it. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Casino is close by. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again. I can’t think of any negatives to mention.

Um, this hotel isn’t worth $100 on a good day. It smelled of mildew and nasty smells. Air conditioning fixes this but still, first impressions 😠 The breakfast was good though. but sometimes when there are no hotels available, you have to take what you can get. I'd pass on this.

Hotel was fine, many guests were not appropriately clothed or clean for entering pool and hot tub. Kids fouling in the pool and parents ok with that. Parents going directly into the pool fully clothed in street clothing as well. No fault of the hotel. Breakfast was fine as a complimentary.
