The hotel and staff was lovely. However, the second day we were booked for there was a water main break and we had no water (no toilet, shower, pool etc) between 10 am and 5 pm. - basically the whole day. It was extremely inconvenient and we were not offered any price break at all. Not impressed.

Stayed here with my wife and two kids on the way from Alberta to catch the ferry next day to Nanaimo. Nice rooms and pool is fun for the kids. Great breakfast too and convenient to have restaurant attached when on road trip with the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like is the doors slam shut which is loud when other people were going in and out of their rooms down the hall. Must be a way to get the doors to close more softly? Overall great little hotel though.

The hotel was quiet. The cookies were a nice extra. A bench or chairs in the front driveway area would be nice to enjoy the afternoon shade to read.

This property is clean, convenient and has attentive staff. Like all hotels in the greater Vancouver area it is expensive compared to others in similar sized cities around the world. Of 17 countries visited in the past year only London, England was more.
