Oda sıcacıktı. Konum çok merkezi ve otopark sorunu yoktu. Personel yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı kesinlikle beklentinin çok üstündeydi. Fazlaca çeşit vardı. Bizim gibi 1-2 günlük Van'da kalacak herkese tavsiye ederim.

Harika!
Öncelikle şunu söyleyeyim; temizlik bakımından harika, personelin güler yüzlülüğü üst seviyede ayrıca bina ve çoğu eşya tertemiz ve yepyeniydi. Düşük fiyata kalınabilecek en iyi otel diyebilirim. Bu arada sokaktan 1-2 gelen sesler dışında gayet sessiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı da oldukça güzeldi, sadece mekan küçük biraz. Çok teşekkür ediyorum, bir daha gelirsem yine Pars Palas’ı şeçeceğimden eminim.

Yeni bir otel..İlk girişte otel havası değil apartman girişi gibi..Resepsiyon girişte değil 1..katta o yuden biraz şaşırıyorsunuz.İsteyen herkes asansörle otele girişi rahatlıkla yapabilir.. Memnun kaldık
Güleryüzlü personel, konforlu oda ve doyurucu kahvaltı. Arkadaşlarımla gayet memnun kaldık. Tek sorun oda çok soğuktu. Henüz doğalgaz yanmaya başlamamıştı o yüzden gece çok üşüdük. Onun dışında bu oteli çok beğendik.

Tertemiz bir oda, müthiş bir otel sahibi ile karşılaştık. Otel merkezi konumda kendine ait otoparkı car. Aşağı kısımda isterseniz akşam yemeği için kafe restoran tarzı yerleri mevcut. Herşey çok muhteşem çok güzeldi gerçekten 3 günlük tatilimizde iyi ki dedik. Sadece bir konuya değinmek istiyorum ilk geldiğimiz günün kahvaltısında restoranda istek üzerine İranlı misafirlerin omlet yaptıklarını gördüm ancak biz kahvaltılarımızı aldığımız için yarına sakladık. Ertesi gün kahvaltımızda restaurantta omlet yapabilir misiniz diye rica etmemize rağmen personel sert bir şekilde Hayır diye cevap verdi hiç bir sebep ve incelik göstermeden. Bu sefer insanın aklında farklı fikirler uyanıyor. Madem böyle bir hizmet yoksa hiç bir misafire yapılmaması gerekiyor. Eğer restoran personelleri de gelişirse 5 yıldızlı otelleri sollar.
