Welcome to our Skylar relaxing place! It is located on a second level, it has its own entrance, and deck space. If you want to be walking distance from a vibrant downtown area and Valpo University, this is your place. The place is small and cozy. Great wifi connection if you want to work remotely and a TV to relax and watch some movies. Near to route 30, I-49, one hour away from Chicago, 15 minutes from the Indiana Dunes, malls, ice cream parlors, and great restaurants!

Cozy and comfortable
Located on the second floor of a four unit apartment building. Everything inside and been completely updated. Very similar to an efficiency apartment. One room had queen size bed, sofa, chair, and a small desk with a chair. Inside the kitchen was a counter with two jewels. Appliances were all newer. Bathroom was right and functional. the host included many different toiletries as well.

Nice little apartment close to downtown
I just spent 2 weeks at the apartment while visiting my kids and my new granddaughter. It was just what I needed—clean, convenient, and a lovely place to retreat at the end of the day. Nice that it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants downtown.
