This was a lovely hotel with remarkable staff who could not do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent with both a buffet and then Dailey hot menu item cooked to order. The rooms were spotless with regular cleaning to a high standard, the bathrobes were also a nice touch. The area was quiet and felt very safe, and absolutely everything was within easy walking distance including the bus station, attractions, boats and restaurants. The only down side was that the only tread mill in the well equipped Gym was broken, the pool was more of a very small plunge pool with no where to site round it, and our room that was not on the street was really noisy from 7am when breakfast was served. However I would come again for the location and service

an excellent hotel, close to the centre of Valetta. It has really great staff, especially helplful during the Covid-19 outbreak.
the food was also very high quality.
the rooms were not huge, but big enough and comfortable.
I would definitely stay there again!

Nice look to the room and a decent size "double room". Bed was comfy but storage space was limited for two people with two mid suitcases. Shower pressure was good but the design layout meant that water ran out into the bathroom floor so had to try and dam it up each time. Location was really good with walking distance of the high street and sites but far enough away to miss the noise from street cafés and bars.

Very clean and all as described. Rooms quite small. Not generous with towels, tea making ,breakfast etc. but always willing to provide more if you ask.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well located for Valletta with the rider that there's an uphill short walk if anyone has mobility problems. Restaurant was good for breakfast but the one dinner we had in the hotel was expensive and over complex with the ingredients. It was not the best meal that we had in Valletta.

It was below my expectations for a 4 star hotel, in room flush had problem , bed was poor in quality , no carpet in rooms. On last day there was no hot water in hotel for shower!
Hotel location was good in centre of Valletta city
Hotel staff was very good and friendly
Thanx for staff to give us a complementary cake for our wedding anniversary.

very nice hotel, the pool is tiny, the breakfast is great, the concierge could be more informed about the neighbourhood and actual events. all in all a lovely experience on the expensive side of life. to recommend
