The nearest ski area is the Skiworld Ahrntal (a 5-minute drive / 3 km away) which consists of the ski pists of Speikboden and can also be reached by ski bus from near the apartment. Kronplatz can also be reached by car in 30 mins. In the summer months, the Ahrntal transforms from a wonderful ski area into one of the most beautiful hiking areas in South Tyrol with an almost endless range of hiking trails between 860 and 3,499 m above sea level, many of these trails are also suitable for mountain biking. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours (125km) away by car.
