Also with easy access to the regional highway of the Center, Puerto Cabello and the gastronomic area of Valencia.
We are happy to interact with our guests, even if they want a local view of the city or share a day of adventure climbing some of the beautiful hills of Valencia or enjoy the mountain bike routes or just have a drink to chat.

We love this neighborhood! The residential complex feels like a big family and you will feel safe at all hours thanks to private security. Less than 5 minutes away you will have 4 shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, cafes and everything you may need.
You can easily take a Taxi outside the building. However, if you prefer to use public transportation, the closest stop is on Universidad Av., just 500 meters away. Ask about our transfer and vehicle rental options as well as day excursions and adventure trips.
