The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For your convenience, the property includes a washer and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs.

The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in the Nou Moles neighbourhood of Valencia.
For those interested in cultural experiences, the Museo Nacional de Cerámica González Martí is a short distance away. This museum showcases an extensive collection of ceramics and decorative arts housed in a historic palace with impressive architecture.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Turia Garden (Jardín del Turia), one of Spain's largest urban parks. This green space offers extensive walking and cycling paths, recreational areas, and picturesque spots for relaxation.

Additionally, the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias) is accessible from this location. This iconic cultural and architectural complex includes attractions such as the L'Umbracle, a landscaped walk with native plant species and contemporary sculptures, and the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, an opera house and performing arts centre designed by Santiago Calatrava.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Àngel Guimerà, is just an 8-minutes walk.

Valencia Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
