A unique space in the city of Valencia. Industrial style lofts next to the Palacio de Congresos and the Valencia Fair.

You will think you are in the heart of New York Soho at the beginning of the '50s. The Loft has design and spaces in the purest industrial style that will invite you to a totally atypical stay, outside the standards of rental homes. At the same time you will feel the warmth of home, since the apartment has all the services and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It has a total area of 135 m² distributed over two floors.



On the lower floor is the main room, made up of the living room and the open kitchen concept, creating a spacious and clear space so that you do not miss any detail. A wall formed by huge bamboo canes separates the living room from a double room with a bathroom.

From the access floor, a metal platform will take you to the upper floor, where you will find a second double room with a private bathroom.



This great industrial style apartment is located in a new and recently expanded area of the city, where its urban structure and avant garde contemporary architecture has made it a point of reference in Valencia. It is located a few meters from the famous Palacio de Congresos and the area of Avda. de las Cortes Valencianas, where you can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer, from a great restaurant with historical footprint and typical Valencian food to the most modern concept in terms of design and exotic food. You have a 24h supermarket in the Repsol Service Station at 4 minutes walking distance. And in case of any unforeseen event, you have a 24h pharmacy in the Avda. de las Cortes Valencianas, just 500 m away.

From Valencia Airport you can take a taxi with a fixed fare, or by public transport, as the metro is very close to the apartment. METRO STOP. Stop Beniferri 10 minutes' walk away. BUS STOP. Amazing!
Just fantastic! Upon our arrival, the loft was very easy to find, thanks to our host Gema! The loft in itself was very clean and cosy, with a NYC touch, which was just awesome! The loft is also entirely furnished with all the appliances needed. The underground parking was also clean, easily accessible and very secure! A special thanks to our host Gema who made the planning very easy to organize, but who was also always present with great advice and help whenever required! I strongly recommand Art Lofts - Industrial if you ever plan on visiting Valencia and staying there for a few days! We will come back for sure!
