You know, it wasn't terrible, but quite far from good. Considering the whole point of staying at a hotel is to be able to sleep, that was not accomplished. The beds were SO hard, it kept us up just about the whole night. Got out of bed with a sore back and neck. Could EASILY hear the people beside us, thank goodness they were not noisy though! The washrooms were updated and quite nice, loved the large rain style shower head. Happy with location, and front end reception was pleasant. But overall, would not stay here again, due to the bed situation.

Wanted to love this place from the photos! But didn't. The bed was hard as a rock, the room smelt of cigarette smoke, our room was far from what the photos showed, we could hear everything from the people above us. Was also some hair left on the bathroom floor. So disappointed in how uncomfortable the place was unfortunately, especially for the price we paid.

Room was not at all like the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very rustic room, though bathroom looked to have been remodelled recently. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows were very poor.

Satellite TV. Choices very limited. Only 2 channels came in clearly. Couldn’t watch the Blue Jays! (Probably a good thing) The room was clean, comfortable & spacious

At first we thought it was nice and clean until we discovered fleas in the bathroom during the night. And I would suggest reserving/requesting a room on the 2nd level due to the floors being creaky. The noise comes through to the lower level rooms.

The problem I had was I left my shaving kit behind. I could not get through to the phone number on the website. So I left 5 messages. Then I emailed with no response. Then I messaged through Expedia, no response. I finally called NAPA across the street and etransferred money to one of their employees to pick it up and take it to the post office.
