Very well maintained, and the pool and breakfast were amazing. However, the room temperature was hard to control so that it was too hot even at the lowest setting. The pillows were all uncomfortably thick. The door from the lounge to the garden only opened from inside. When my daughter experienced some heat-related dizziness, she could not get back in. There were two employees sitting in the lounge, who had line of sight to the door and could have easily seen that she was in some distress and was knocking and waving her room card. She had to wait in the hear for my husband and me to arrive to go around the front and let her in. My daughter was too weak and embarrassed to bring it up in the moment, but it bothered her that someone could have easily checked in and offered help but did not.
