Nestled in the heart of Val-David, this charming semi-detached duplex (upper unit) awaits you for a cozy family stay. Its rustic look and indoor fireplace create a warm atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Relax in the outdoor spa under the stars or take a stroll to the many unique shops and restaurants within walking distance (10min).

Less than 1 hour from Montreal, it's the perfect place for a comfortable stay.

The authentic wooden features make it a perfect place to be, so sit back and enjoy the crackling fire, a hot beverage, and the warmth of the fireplace. Or soak in our backyard 4- season spa!

Divided into two levels, the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths unit is perfect for a large family. On the Mezzanine, you will find two of the three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and dresser. And a full bathroom with bath tube and shower combo.


The main level features a large open space family living room with a wrap around balcony view, a wood burning fireplace, modern entertainment, a dinning area for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level you will also find the third bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom with private toilet-room and laundry room.

We understand the importance of staying connected and entertained. The Smart TV is available with the ability to connect to platforms like Netflix and YouTube, (cable tv is not available). Additionally, Wi-Fi connection is available to keep you connected throughout the house.

During the summer, you can enjoy a meal in the backyard, cooked on the BBQ.

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and a 500$ security deposit). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. Access codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

A refundable security deposit ,is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
