Uncomfortable Stay and Unmet Expectations
I was disappointed with my stay. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were addressed. The room was in poor condition, with low water pressure in the shower, making it uncomfortable to use. The coffee maker was also broken, which was frustrating. To top it off, the bed was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I expected much more from this place and was let down by the experience.

The hotel had a great location, and the room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the stay, especially considering the high price. When I did try the breakfast, it was underwhelming, with limited variety and average quality. For the cost, I expected more value and better offerings. Including breakfast or improving its quality would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The biggest issue was the constant noise—both from outside the hotel and within. I could hear pool noise all night, and the walls seemed paper-thin, as every sound from the above room came through loud and clear. It made it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the room only had a Murphy bed, which was uncomfortable and felt more like a temporary setup than a proper bed. For the price of the room, I expected much better. It was a huge disappointment and certainly not the level of comfort you’d anticipate from a hotel in this price range. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable experience.

Everything was great. Staff, room, workout room, hot tub. My only complaint would be the unexpected $50 resort fee. I had read about the additional $50 parking fee so I expected that on top of our $600/night charge, but the additional $50 charge at checkout was a disappointment.
