Our condo is only seconds away from the free Vail Shuttle that will take you and your guests to the world famous Vail Village where you can enjoy epic skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, dining, shopping and entertainment. There is something for everyone!

Great ski place
Perfect place for family of 5. Had everything we needed for ski vacation and 2 minute walk to small grocery store and 1 minute walk to East Vail Bus to get over to Vail (probably 10-12 minute ride). Host provided us with bags of pellets for the pellet Stove and also Keurig k-cups. Good spot/rack for storing skis and snowboards and plenty of hooks to hang other gear and a nice bench to sit on and put boots on near back door.

Great experience!
We had a great experience staying here. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the property manager was super nice. Bus stop is less than is a 1 minute walk in ski boots and I was able to park 10 feet from the front door for 5 consecutive days. The property was dead quiet the entire time we were here. The small market had a ton of groceries and only a 3 minute walk. I also loved having the pellet stove that can put out a ton of heat. I would highly recommend staying here but dont forget your fan.

The condo was great. Clean and well appointed. The owner needs to communicate better. After 2 messages, contacting vrbo directly, and waiting a month, the owner finally answered a simple question about the condo.

Great Place
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and had everything we asked for. Our stay did get cut short, however, due to weather. I called the property manager to see if we could get some grace on our missed days and they said they would get back to me, but I never heard back. After calling a couple times, I left a message and still have not heard back. I know that they cannot control the weather, but I was told I would hear back from them, and I did not, so that was the only disappointing part of the trip. Other than that, we would definitely come back here again.

Comfy home
Wood stove was a welcome perk when coming in out of the cold. Master bed was most comfortable. Spacious dining and living rooms. Some walls in bathroom need refinishing. Host was very quick responding to queries and requests.

Great location but not luxurious
Very convenient condo to Vail resort. Has free bus that stops just at the end of the parking lot, great access to skiing and snowboarding. The property is also conveniently located to a small market and outdoor hot tub nice! The condo itself is sufficient for a family of four but any more people would be tight. Nice wood pellet stove in the living room. The master shower is so small it is really not useable but not a big deal because the guest shower/bath is nice. The only bad things are the beds. The master bed is just ok but the bunk beds in the guest room are uncomfortable and very loud (Squeaky) anytime someone moves on them. For the price it is a pretty comfortable place in a GREAT location

Definitely clean, but not designed for comfort or convenience.
This unit has been updated and was very clean. The property manager (Black Diamond) was very responsive to some issues we encountered. However, the unit is not designed for comfort or convenience (living room very cold, even in summer, most windows not functional and few that are without screens, so can't even let warm air in; mattresses very hard and pillows old; not a hook in any bath or bedrooms, so nowhere to even hang a robe and very little or no counter space). Just really a stripped down set up that made it very awkward to function in and the mattresses were pretty bad. Also, very close to interstate with lots of road noise. A clean, safe place to stay, but would not go out of my way to stay here.

Spring break 2023
The condo is a nice size for a family of 4-5. The kitchen has been nicely updated. I would add a toaster to the appliance options. Bagels and English muffins are breakfast staples for my kids. The bus station to get into Vail is right at the entrance to the complex. Super easy to get to our daily ski/snowboarding activities. The hot tub is a couple of buildings from the condo. A bit chilly to walk there but was relaxing after a day on the slopes. Overall it was a good condo for our week on the mountain.

The apartment was well appointed and easy to live in. The free shuttle was right in front of our condo with an easy ride to town. We had a problem with fireplace and they immediately came to fix it. We enjoyed our stay and felet it was value for money.

The location is great and although the condo is small, the space is great. The entry makes it easy for organizing ski gear (coming and going) and the rest of unit functioned great for our family. Plenty of space in the open living/dinging room to hang out and the kitchen is compact but updated and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place!
Overall, great place to stay. The condo is nice, the location is nicely located near the market/adult beverage store store, and the hottub is relaxing after a day of snowboarding. Right by the bus stop, too. The only real complaint i have is there is a lack of cookware. There is enough to make small meals, but it's a bit challenging for a decent sized dinner

Perfect location - small
Great location in East Vail. Walk to the market, steps from the bus stop. The living area is super cozy with a warm pellet stove. Nicely updated. The kitchen is micro, and slightly under stocked. I wouldn't recommend trying to prepare Thanksgiving here, but it worked fine for a ski weekend. I know it's Vail, and this is pretty reasonable for a place in Vail, but I think the master bedroom could use a little upgrade. Specifically, the bed is kind of spartan - no headboard, so if you read in bed you're propped up against the wall. I imagine the owner will eventually update the master bathroom like they've done in the mail living space. Will come back if they do!

Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Everything is newly renovated. Mattresses not the most comfortable and check in process wasn’t smooth, but I was able to call the management company and get instructions over the phone. We would stay at this apartment again mainly due to the good location. Thank you!
