This privately owned condo offers a full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a cozy fireplace for après-ski relaxation. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. An outdated condo with location as its only redeeming quality
This condo was outdated, and not kept up well. Two of the four burners on the stove were broken, bedroom doors did not close, let alone lock, there were rips in the carpet, which was filthy, lightbulbs didn't match, there was barely soap as far as amenities in the bathrooms. The sofa and furniture were disgusting, old and uncomfortable. For over $1,000 a night it is hard to see how this rental company continues to rent out the property in its current state. Other than the location it has absolutely no redeeming quality

Our Stay in Evergreen 503
Rental was clean but interior is very dated (old and wearing out furniture and carpets, in need of paining, etc. The main living area is quite tight with a table that can seat four people but not very comfortably as it’s pushed right next to the wall. Kitchen is very small. Bedrooms themselves are a good size but beds are not comfortable as we’re too springy. Also one of the bathrooms has very low water pressure in the shower and as a previous reviewer noted drains slowly so you end up standing in a bit of water. I contacted Vail Management Company before booking to ask if the draining issue was fixed and was told somewhat snarkaly by Greg “Of course! Plumbing issues happen and the we fix them,” which now was obviously a lie in this case. I did let them know after our stay it was still an issue but my message was never acknowledged. Lastly, the unit’s balcony and windows face the freeway which is quite loud at all hours of the day if you open them which we needed to since it was very hot during our stay and there’s no AC. On the positive side, there is a great and clean bbq grill on the balcony which was a nice surprise. Location is also great being only a short walk from both Vail Village and Lionshead. Pool was also nice and the staff at Evergreen we’re all really friendly even though they don’t manage this unit. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again but it was very affordable (for Vail) and could be a good option for a group that didn’t mind the above issues.

Very convenient location
The property is a short walk to a shuttle stop that takes you into Vail Village or Lionshead Village. There is a also a ski equipment rental shop located conveniently in the lobby.

Great Location!
Walkability of this property was perfect. Pool for kids was fantastic. Property could use some updates, although the unit was updated. There was an elevator out of commission for full stay which previous reviews mentioned. Our main concern was the check in process as I did not get the email from management company initially, however once we made contact with them was quickly resolved. Also, there was a very broken (portion smashed) toilet upon check in which management company did share upon check-in. They were able to resolve on day of check in, however there were still shards of porcelain on floor left for us to pick up. I would recommend, however suggest confirming you receive email from management company prior as you are unable to check in at front desk.

Pluses: Love the location which is exactly in between the two villages. Vail Mgmt Co. made everything easy. Parking right up front. Great Nepalese restaurant in the lobby. Only complaint was the elevators....one was out, and the other was overworked, especially with the cleaning staff.

Exactly as pictured. It's a little old and dated, but you could see that in the pics. So nice to have a kitchen and be close walking distance to Villages. Beds are a little hard, but definitely able to sleep easily there. Best price for location for sure.

Exactly as advertised, fantastic location (and value), very happy with our experience
Middle-aged guys' ski trip for five friends from Nashville on President's Day weekend. Were looking for a good condo in a great location at a reasonable rate, and this checked all those boxes. All of the "negatives" of the unit -- older building and condo, small kitchen, base amenities -- were known going in as the listing and photos are honest and accurate. But we were perfectly comfortable, the building's amenities (bar, restaurant, hot tub, elevators, gym) covered everything we needed, the location (easy 5 minute walk to Lionshead lifts, even easier 1-2 minute walk to nearest Vail shuttle stop) was outstanding, and the price we paid was extremely attractive given our primary objectives (location and convenience to slopes). We took advantage of the in-building outfitter for all our ski equipment rental needs, which made for a fantastic additional convenience. We did have a few maintenance issues in the unit while there (e.g., 2 of the 4 eyes on the stove weren't working), but they were addressed quickly (e.g., same day it was reported) so no big deal. Parking, accessing the unit, checking-out, and all necessary communications were made extremely easy through the management company's app. If you're looking for high-end luxury in Vail, this isn't where you should be looking. But if location, convenience, and value are your priorities for a group of 4-6 interested in staying the Lionshead area, this is a great option. Our group will absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

Good location and good value for the price
This is not the nicest or newest condo in Vail, but it's a good value. My family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed it very much. Having a full kitchen was very convenient for us! And we were thrilled to find a unit where everyone had a bed and we didn't have to relegate anyone to the pull-out couch. I would recommend.

Cute and just what we needed
The place was just as described and exactly what we needed. The beds were pretty comfortable and everything was clean. Only issue was a few light bulbs were out, but that didn't bother us much. It was nice that each bathroom had an extra sink area outside of the bathroom so someone could shower while the other got ready. Check in and parking was easy. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, can't beat the location with proximity to lionshead and the village. The apartment is a little outdated and needs a little maintenance (doors creak, slow drains, faucet leak). The unit was well stocked with utensils, towels and games. We were very happy with our overall experience and would recommend it. Thank you
