The Vail Mountain View Residences are set on the banks of Gore Creek with panoramic views of Vail Mountain. This project consisted of 24 luxury custom units with elegant flooring, vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry, and slab granite countertops, along with an on-site pool, one level underground parking plaza and a 3-level underground parking structure.

This deluxe 5 bedroom Penthouse condominium is located on the banks of Gore Creek and has incredible, unobstructed views of Vail Mountain in Vail Village. This 3300 square foot penthouse features high-end finishes that include gourmet kitchen with Wolf range, luxury bedding and roof top hot tub, with an outdoor fire place. It's all that you would imagine on a vacation to Vail.

There are 3 bedrooms on the entry level.   A King in the primary bedroom w/ ensuite bath,  Queen in the second also with Ensuite bath, Queen in the third with a full bath , and each additional room with a Queen bed. All the bedrooms have ensuite baths with the exception of one of the Queen rooms downstairs and the Twin/Twin room upstairs. The second floor has a second master bedroom and bath, a fifth bedroom with two twins and a smaller TV den. There is a full bath and private rooftop hot tub overlooking the breathtaking view of Vail Mountain and The Gore Creek.

A heated outdoor pool is open year round to enjoy after a hard day of playing on the mountain, or you can follow the flower lined path down to the Gore Creek and hop on the trail that takes you to the covered bridge in Vail Village. Take the shared elevator from the heated underground parking area to the front door of our residence. Vail Mountain View #403 is your perfect home away from home!

Great Home
Really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. Condo layout was perfect for our family. Lance and the rest of the team were very helpful helping to arrange ski rentals, groceries to be delivered, crib to be delivered. Everything was all set when we arrived late in the evening.

This was the perfect house for us 10 adults during a 4-day ski getaway. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the location was superb, the house was beautiful with comfortable beds, an on/off fireplace, fully-stocked kitchen and a private hot tub! We only had to call the management team 2x for heating and gate access questions. But they were quick to respond and it was no trouble at all. The extra details were also well appreciated: ski storage for equipment by the main gondola; humidifiers; extra duvets; bathrobes, hair dryers... The hosts thought of everything. Thank you Ted, Lance and team!

Holiday ski trip
We had two families, ten people. Great view of Vail ski slopes from great room and from hot tub on roof. Short walk to ski slopes, gondola one, and we left our ski equipment near the gondola. Great location on Gore Creek with easy walk to shopping and dinner in Vail Village. Two parking spots with garage access with phone app. Easy access to building and room with key code. Had a great time and would come back.

This condo is excellent in every way. Professionally managed, fantastic location, well designed inside and out, great parking (2 dedicated spaces in a heated garage), ski locker, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We had our family there for a long weekend of skiing. 7 adults. Can't wait to go back.
