Charming home in Marielyst - Bøtø

Charming and new summer home in Marielyst, approx. 1200 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches.
The gathering point of the summer home is the modern, bright kitchen/family room with dining and living room, where there is room for everyone. The living room has a cozy alcove/loft, where you can relax while being close to the rest of the family. There is also Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast.
The house has 3 good bedrooms divided into two rooms with a double bed and a room with two single beds. In addition, there is the possibility of two extra beds in the alcove/loft.
From the living room and kitchen there is direct access to a nice large terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the good weather. If the Danish summer weather is not suitable for outdoor activities, there is free access to Swimming Center Falster, which, among other things, has a 34 degree hot water pool and a 66 meter long water slide. It is located in Nykøbing, 15 min. by car.
The house is located on an open natural plot of 1279 m2 with space for play and fun. For the little ones, there is a trampoline (at own risk/insurance), football goal, volleyball/badminton net with associated balls and rackets. Not for rent to youth groups. There must not be cats in the house.
