Neighbors were loudly talking. At midnight we tried calling down the desk, to have the hotel’s “quiet time” enforced, but our room phone didn’t work. The trains started at 6am with horns blaring every 10 minutes.

Everything was exceptional until the people above me decided to slam doors from 10 pm until nearly 11pm. No one was available at front desk then or the next morning when I checked out. I called the hotel manager after my stay. Unfortunately, they were unable to do anything for me as I booked through this app. One sleepless night and a day of work don’t mix well.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy especially when it came on. Our sleep was disrupted every time the ac unit came on. And one other matter. The use of plastic cutlery and plates in the breakfast room shows a disregard for the environment. There were no recycling bins. Just one general garbage bin. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was first time that our room was changed without our knowledge, we had to prepay for a king room; and when we checked in were told, king roooms were needed and we were downgraded to double queen, when I asked about change in cost--hotel said rate was same.--was not happy

Was in the area for a concert. Hotel offers shuttles to and from casino until 2 am. Shuttle were quick for both directions. Nice option not to have drive after enjoying the night.

False Advertising
We reserved a room with a king size bed...upon arrival was told there weren't any kings and they put us in a double queen- but they would kindly place us on the 3rd floor facing parking lot; which was the quietest room...We listened to the train horn every 15 minute all night. The hotel advertised a 10 minute walk to the areas largest attraction (turning stone resort)- this was the deciding factor on going with this hotel...it's likely true it is a 10 minute walk- but physically impossible to safely walk to the resort. There is a 4 lane highway, no crosswalks, no shoulders and no sidewalks.
