This property was a great value for the money. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered hot foods such as eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. Coffee is always available in the lobby area. Very convenient to all shopping and close to main highways. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

The staff are wonderful especially Dawn in the breakfast room and Rich at the bar. The hotel itself is dated. The rooms are very dark, the shower is useless (no pressure and falling off the wall), the towels may have been white at one time but now gray and thin, and the bed linen is cheap. There is maid service only every three days i.e. no rubbish collection, bed making or replacing coffee. The cups (paper) and glasses (plastic)are all wrapped in plastic. Breakfast is all served on paper plates, plastic cutlery and paper bowls and cups, luckily Dawn is lovely and welcoming. Drinks in the bar are all served in plastic. Not an eco-friendly hotel.

Drains in sink and tub were very clogged. Dark Handprints on wall made it hard to trust that cleaning had been very thorough. Breakfast was good and people were nice.

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 1 night while we toured 2 colleges in the area and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were and the room amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.)

We stayed in this hotel 4 months ago and it was fine. Not so much this time. First, we chose it because of the attached restaurant. Nice to be able to have dinner and a drink and not need to drive. However, the restaurant is no longer open on Sundays so we went out for food and brought it back to eat in the room while watching a football game. The food needed to be warmed, but the microwave was unplugged and the cord was behind the large console holding the refrigerator and microwave and could not be reached. Upon further investigation, there was just one outlet to handle all the appliances and a light-duty extension cord had been utilized. Even if the cord for the microwave could have been reached, there was no available outlet without unplugging something else. (photo attached - any electricians want to weigh in on whether their electrical set up is safe and meeting code?) We ate our food cold. The next morning, in the shower, the shampoo bottle mounted on the wall was empty. Not a big deal, but that should have been checked after the last guest. Now that I think about it, perhaps my 3-star rating was rather generous.
This is the wire arrangement intended to handle a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and desk lamp. Looks unsafe to me.
