Me dieron una habitación en la parte exterior sobre la calle 9 de Julio por lo cual se escucha mucho el tráfico y ruido. No tiene acensor así que hay que subir y bajar escaleras.

I love the location of the hotel. Close to everything, the port, the bus station, great restaurants very close. The beds are so comfortable , the personal are very nice. I didn’t like the water on the sink as it was not clear but I am not sure if this something normal in the area, and the hell hill you need to walk to get to the hotel, but it’s worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an entire apartment including a kitchenette with a great view on the city. The heated floors were a dream come true. The breakfast was delicious and the personel was so attentive. Loved this place and would return in a heartbeat!

O café da manhã, para mim, foi o destaque negativo. Além de pouco variado, você não fica a vontade para se servir. Quem coloca sua comida é uma funcionária do hotel, em porções preestabelecidas, o que lhe deixa contrangido para por a quantidade que lhe convém. Não há comidas quentes. A parte positiva é a localização do hotel e o quarto confortável.

The breakfast and coffee were terrible. The room flooring was uneven in the some part it wobbled when walking. Also the shower water was not draining fast so it became a pool.

Excellent customer service
I was very impressed with the customer service at the hotel - they provided a very detailed overview of the different activities available in the area, together with very fair pricing and lots of other relevant information. They also helped me make all the activity bookings, taxi bookings and got me dairy-free milk when I requested it for my intolerances.
