Landhaus Karnin
Das Objekt entspricht in etwa der inserierten Beschreibung. Diese betont, daß es sich um ein ehemaliges Künstlerhaus handelt, das später umgebaut und mit FeWo's versehen wurde - alles gut, der Bezug zum "Künstlerhaus" verspricht allerdings mehr als man finden kann. Die Wohnung ist gebrauchsfertig eingerichtet, schade, daß es keinen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter gab. Es fehlen auch Hinweise zum what to do, where to go, where to buy. Eingerichtet ist diese FeWo mit einem Eßtisch und vier Stühlen ohne sinnvolle Rückenlehne sowie zwei Imitatdesignerstühlen, in denen ein erwachsener Mensch keinen Platz noch Halt findet, von einem Gefühl der Stabilität nicht zu sprechen - hier kann man sicher auch unaufwendig verbessern, um dem Gast die Möglichkeit eines entspannten oder bequemen Sitzens zu geben. Der zum Haus gehörige Garten ist groß und bietet auch bei voller Belegung sehr viel Platz. Jetzt im Herbst stehen dort zwei herrliche Apfelbäume. Fußläufig über schönes Land entlang der Straße erreicht man die alte Hubbrücke Karnin bzw. den kleinen Hafen, von wo aus man die Brücke denn sieht, in 10 bis 15 min - um einen Entfernungseindruck zu geben. An diesem Hafen gibt es einen kleinen netten Spielplatz für Kinder.
