Large villa (167m2) very well equipped, in a serene and privileged setting, in the heart of a 5000m2 plot, located in a small village of Balagne "URTACA" overlooking the valley of Ostriconi, at 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beach of Corsica, the door of the desert of the Agriates "Ostriconi".

The house on two levels is very sunny, situated overhanging a hill, it enjoys a outstanding view of the plain, the sea, the village and the mountains. The entrance is on the first floor.

First floor: living room, kitchen, terrace, separate wc, parental suite (bedroom, bathroom and toilet, dressing room)

Second ground floor (low): 3 bedrooms, bathroom and wc

You will enjoy the new heated private swimming pool and its breathtaking view. Swimming with the only compagny of eagles and swallows is an unforgettable experience.
Dimensions of the pool: length 9.50m, width 5.80m, depth from 1.20m to 1.70m

The oaks that surround the house will preserve your privacy. You can sunbathe, lunch, dinner or take the aperitif on the terrace of 50m2. Wonderful sunsets will accompany you throughout your stay.

Beautiful walks of all levels are possible from the house: trail of Lama, Monte Astu, plateau of Tenda, collar of San Pancraziu. Likewise, you can enjoy our little river which is 10 minutes walk from the house.

The road leading to the house has been redesigned to offer you easy access and parking. The private parking can accommodate several vehicles.

The location of the village of URTACA is exceptional at the crossroads of Haute-Corse, between sea and mountains, near Ile-Rousse, Calvi, Saint-Florent, Ponte-Leccia, Corte, Bastia.

It is an excellent starting point for many excursions: Balagne valley of Fango, Scandola Nature Reserve, Agriates desert, Cap Corse, Tartagine forest, valleys of Asco and Restonica with Melo and Capitello lakes The Niolo and forest Aitone, Castagniccia.

For lovers of the sea, the Farniente and sports: beautiful beaches nearby with many water sports available.

Beautiful location, amazing villa
Perfect place to get away and enjoy what Corsica has to offer. Lovely pool, beautiful views out to sea and into the mountains. Perfect location for hiking, beach trips, doing nothing, or exploring the nearby towns and villages. You will need to drive at least 20 minutes to get to restaurants and supermarkets but there are a few towns nearby with lots of great food available. Our host Danielle was extremely friendly and very accommodating and helped us with finding the places we need to.

Breathtaking views in peaceful surroundings
Get away from it all in this lovely accomodation set on a hillside with amazing views. Dining on the terrace above the pool with the sun setting in the distance is amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel very welcome with homemade treats. A car is essential as there are no shops near.

Wonderful villa, gorgeous views, charming village, very friendly hostess
We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Urtaca, hosted by Danielle, who is the nicest hostess we have had many years of VRBO travel. She really made us feel at home in her little village and was always ready to help (living close by) and share her knowledge of the area and culture. She welcomed us with award winning, delicious local honey and breads, and we enjoyed meeting her dogs. The town of Urtaca is very charming, perched in the hills and off the tourist track. We went hiking directly from the house. The pool is very clean and refreshing. The views are spectacular from every room. We enjoyed swimming at the nearby beaches and hiking along the sea cliffs and drove to many beautiful villages along the north coast. The location is very private with no visible neighbors, and yet is a short drive to stores and various attractions. We feel it is our Coriscan home away from home and hope to return soon. We are still enjoying our jars of Urtacan honey.

Fantastic time in a gorgeous house and location
We spent 10 days as a family (2 adults and 3 teens) exploring Corsica for the first time and couldn't have wished for a better location, house and host. Danielle is very friendly and was making us feel really welcome all the way through our stay (including making a cake for our oldest son's birthday - definitely beyond the line of duty). The house is beautiful and stately with a fantastic pool; and in a great location with a view of both sea and mountains - a good base to explore the north part of the island (you can hike straight from the village, or get to lots of other locations within 30-50min, including Corte, the Agriate Desert, Calvi, Isle de Rousse and much more.) The kids rated it as the best holiday house they stayed in - not sure what else to add :), would definitely go back!

October Surprise
We were two families with children ranging from 7 to 14. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our time greatly. Danielle was an excellent host who was always there to help with the bakery order, the butcher order, or anything else we needed. Our kids enjoyed the heating pool which is such a treat at this time of year. The beaches nearby are amazing and were easy to access. You are definitely not in an active town but if privacy and quiet is what you want then this was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked to help with making fabulous dinners and enjoying the sunsets. We would love to come again.

Wonderful week in a truly beautiful location
We had a fantastic week in Danielle's beautiful house in Urtaca. It was our first time to Northern Corsica and we loved it. There is so much to see and do and the scenery is breath taking. The house itself is perfect and it is situated in a stunning location. Coming back at the end of a days activities was a real treat and we loved to sit and watch the sunset over the sea. The views to the coast and village are something special. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and the pool was clean, well look after and beautifully warm. Danielle was a superb host - charming, friendly, helpful and accommodating but also sensitive enough to allow us our privacy. Do not hesitate to book a holiday here...you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back if Danielle will have us!

This was a lovely place to stay! Danielle was very welcoming and helpful - if we have the chance, we'll certainly be back :) Breakfast and dinner on the balcony with a glass of wine and the spectacular view meant there was almost no reason to go anywhere else .. however, the Corsican country-side is within easy access by car or motorbike (our choice!), so some sight-seeing was a must. Luckily, the surrounding country-side is beautiful with plenty of places worth visiting close by. We traveled late summer and the pool was the perfect place to wind up the warm days. We loved it!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'hospitalité de Mme Molli. La maison est superbe et la propriétaire nous a laissé plein de petites gateries à notre arrivée. Le site est fantastique et la vue sur la montagne change de couleur à toute heure du jour. Idéalement situé pour la randonnée en montagne tout en étant à 20 minutes de la plage. La marche jusqu'au village de Lama est facile en 50 minutes aller. Nous avons rayonné dans toute la région : Calvi, Ile Rousse, St-Florent, Bastia, Cap Corse et villages en montagne.

Almost perfect!
A lovely well-equipped villa. It's the first time we have had a villa with a cold-box and ice-blocks, and also beach parasols. We made good use of both! Up in the hills means its a bit cooler than the beach, but supermarkets are still only a 15 minute drive. Danielle is the ideal owner, very helpful when asked but never obtrusive. The only downside? - That noisy cockerel that woke us up very early in the morning!

Absolutely Stunning Home and Location
I stayed here with my husband and our 3 young children for 11 nights in April. The property is beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped for a hassle-free stay. The main internal feature is a huge window looking out to the exceptional view of the surrounding mountains and sea in the distance. The pool was heated and also alarm protected giving extra peace of mind with young children around. It is very relaxing to spend time in the house, around the pool and in the village. We enjoyed 2 different walks directly from the house, both of which showed the outstanding beauty of the area. We also spent lots of time with the BBQ, toasting marshmallows and bird-watching from the terrace. The nearby beaches and towns are also beautiful and unspoilt and there are plenty of other activities to enjoy. Danielle and her son Sebastian were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and even organised for the kitchen to be fully stocked with our groceries ready for our arrival, as well as some tasty goods made by Danielle's family and from the village. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Danielle!

Beautiful silence, outstanding panoramic sea and mountain views
House is spacious and clean with bags of local charm combined with modern conveniences. It also stays cool with no need for air con. The terrace is a particular highlight. Stunning to sleep and eat on - morning, afternoon and evening. The pool was enjoyed by the children. The bakery is 100m away and sells delicious breads and croissants. The old track to the neighbouring village of Lama is also 100m away and is an easy 40 minute walk. Although the house is in complete silence - apart from the nearby donkey - it is just 10 minutes drive from the best beach in the area - Ostricconi - and 40 minutes from Corte with its stunning freshwater gorges. Danielle and her son were welcoming and helpful - responding to any queries quickly.

Zu 100% empfehlenswert !!!
Das Haus und die Aussicht sind ein Traum. Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Nächster Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es gab sogar lokale Leckereien als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Danielle ist sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Von uns gibt es eine 100% Empfehlung und ein herzliches Dankeschön für alles!!!

La maison est en tous points conforme à l'annonce, Nous étions 2 couples donc bien évidemment beaucoup d'espace puisque la propriété dispose de 4 belles chambres. La piscine est grande, un bel aménagement autour, nous en avons plus que profité. Du calme, une vue exceptionnelle, un village corse typique où nous avons été très bien accueillis, tout a été réuni pour des vacances parfaites. Danielle est tout simplement charmante et pleine d'attention. En résumé, 5 étoiles largement justifiées.

Ein Paradies im Paradies :-)
Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche bei Danielle in Urtaca. Das Haus mit seiner Aussicht, die unglaublich schöne Natur und nicht zuletzt die tolle Gastgeberin haben es perfekt gemacht! Die Anfahrt ist nach dem ersten Mal unkompliziert (war bei uns im Dunkeln) und es lassen sich unzählige Ausflüge in der nahen Umgebung unternehmen (egal ob Berge oder Meer). Das Haus würden wir direkt wieder buchen, es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln und für eine 5-köpfige Familie mehr als großzügig. Es gab in unserem Fall eine Kinder- und eine Elternetage mit jeweils ausreichend Bädern. Und der gut gepflegte Pool runden das Ganze ab. Wer Korsika in seiner Ursprünglichkeit erleben will, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen - ins Paradies :-)

Un séjour idéal
Dans la magnifique maison de Daniele, nous avons passé un séjour enchanteur. Le cadre est absolument superbe, et la vue en surplomb sur la vallée de l’Ostriconi, avec la mer en arrière plan, est époustouflante. La maison est très confortable, décorée avec goût, dans des tons chaleureux, et très bien équipée. C’est un endroit apaisant qui incite à la sérénité. Daniele est une hôte particulièrement agréable et disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Aussichtsreiche Villa in ruhiger Traumlage
Die Gastgeberin Danille war sehr herzlich, jederzeit ansprechbar, dabei aber sehr zurückhaltend. Nach tollen Wanderungen haben wir abends den Sonnenuntergang auf der herrlichen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Im großen Pool konnten wir Bahnen ziehen. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.
