Problemas con la regadera para el Agua caliente. El Ruido de las habitaciones se pasa de una a otra. Demasiadas hormigas.

Estuvo horrible la experiencia en ese hotel, a primera vista pareciera que está bonito pero ya estando instalado horrible , hay hormigas, la instalación de las regaderas están inversas y no hay personal que pueda informarte porque no saben , el agua se filtra por todos lados y no hay quien vaya a limpiar después de las 7:00 de la noche porque ya salieron los de mantenimiento . El gerente por supuesto también sale a las 7:00 de la noche y llega después de las 12 del día . Después de las 8:30 no hay servicio de comedor y pues ni modo. Las paredes de las habitaciones son huecas y pues la plática de los del comedor, lo que hacen las personas en sus habitaciones no descansas . No se porque lo califican alto , tiene solo un mes de abierto u todo es un caos . El desayuno incluido para llorar , te ofrecen agua de naranja en lugar de jugo y la única opción de desayuno es huevo. No vale la pena estar ahí todo mal y sin responsable que tome decisiones para solventar todo lo que va sucediendo

Un lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso, nunca había estado en un hotel hecho de madera y me encanto, sin duda volveré por mas días para disfrutar de la deliciosa comida y la relajación que encontré aquí

La pasamos muy contentos en la propiedad, aunque no esta en la playa, es una excelente opción, vistas padrísimas nos dijeron que el sabado hay musica en vivo entonces definitivo volvere en fin de semana

Bonito, pero faltan varias cosas en arreglar, la comida súper lenta, más de a horas esperando, luego permitieron una fiesta con bocinas que molestaban todo el hotel, en el baño, las tomas de llave están mal colocadas por lo que el lavabo tiene únicamente agua demasiado caliente y ka regadera tiene agua caliente, creo en general pueden arreglarlo y hacerlo un hotel agradable, no entiendo porque manejan dos administraciones env un hotel …
