There is no AC in the room. It was very difficult to sleep with a family of 5 in a hot room. Too much moisture and the humidifier needed empty out every 4 hours. Otherwise great hotel

I stayed there with family. Owner,manager and staff was very helpful. We loved staying there. Internet speed was good for remote work. Staff was available right away. Would love to stay again.

Ürgüp'te konaklama yapılabilecek en iyi yerlerden biri. Cem bey her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Son dakika balon turu yapmak istediğimizde bir çok firma ile iletişime geçerek en güvenilir ve ekonomik türü bizim için buldu. Otel odaları çok estetik ve kullanışlı. Otantik avlusu ve odaları ile tertemiz bir ortamda gönül rahatlığıyla tam bir Kapadokya tatili sunuyor. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Mağara içerisinde temiz ve duzenli bir konaklama imkani mevcut. Sadece biraz rutubet kokuyor fakat bu magara olmasindan kaynakli. Tekrar bu bolgeye gelsek yine gonul rahatligi ile tercih edebiliriz.

Unser Aufenthalt in Sur Cave Hotel war sehr schön. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer zur Auswahl und beide Zimmer waren atemberaubend, sehr schwer zu entscheiden welches wir nehmen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und wunderschön ein schönes Erlebnis. Das Pesonal ist super nett und Mega freundlich. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen es war alles vorhanden und sehr lecker. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe man kann von dort alles besichtigen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter und kommen gerne wieder.
