I got the honeymoon suit for a good price. Service was superb and the property was well maintained. Had breakfast with the hotel manager and she was very polite. Only thing that was a bit of the problem was the location. The hotel was in urgur which didn't hv much to do and most attractions were in goreme

Worst hotel staff member ever
The worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff made our stay so uncomfortable. Starting with his lack of communication and ending with making me and my girlfriend so embarrassed in front of others. First, he never told us that we have to put a sign on our door if we want our room to be cleaned. We found out about this the next day when we came back from city tour and found our room not clean and saw the sign in the room. When we questioned the staff why he never told us the cleaning rule the first day. He didn’t say sorry or explained himself and with little to no English he spoke, we still were understanding. The next day we asked him if he can call a shuttle to take us to airport at 10:30am explained to him that we had our flight at 1 30pm and we did not wanna be late. and he said okay. At 10 30 am sharp my girlfriend and I carried 4 luggages from second floor to the front lobby to find out, he said the shuttle will not be there till 11 20 am again without any apology. Being all mad getting up earlier and rushing our breakfast, we dragged our baggage back to room again. This time shuffle arrives at 11 20, within 10 minutes after we left the hotel, the driver gets a call that same staff at hotel wants to speak to me. He said something like payment did not go through. The driver took us back to the hotel and we found the staff in the shuttle demanding for 115 euro in cash only in front of other people made me and my gf so embarrassed; again he didn’t say sorry.

Best hotel- stay here
Welcoming, amazing room and facilities with large superking bed, double shower with excellent pressure plus spa bath, cave room spacious and comfortable - breakfast is freshly cooked in a room with a view, close to everything - remembering that you need a car to see everything too. Would stay again.

Only knock is how hot the room was at times. Literally everything thing else was insanely nice. I opened the door to let cool air in to cool it off. I will be returning as it wasn't a huge tourist stop being in Urgup, which was nice.

Gorgeous
One of the nicest hotels I stayed in in Turkey. It only just opened, so everything is brand new, beautifully designed and executed. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is served in the restaurant with panoramic windows and is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Awesome New Hotel
The room was awesome, with jacuzy inside and Turkish Bath. I think because of pandemic the AC is not working, but it was ok because weather is not really cold. Staff was so helpful, but i think they forget to out water inside my room.

Malesef kötü.
Şu ana kadar hiç bir işletme için kötü yorum yazmadım. Hep olumlu yönlerine odaklanmaya çalıştım fakat malesef bu otelde öyle olmadı. Oda çok kötüydü. Yer altındaydı. Odanın üstünden her araba geçtiğinde oda titriyordu, her seferinde uykumdan uyandım. Cave formatı bu olmamalı. Belki yer üstündeki odalar daha konforludur bilemem. Tuvalet kapısı yok, çift gidecek olanlar için büyük handikap. Kahvaltı vasat. Bittikten sonra tazelenen bir yiyecek olduğunu görmedim. Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve saygılılardı. Tek olumlu yanı da buydu zaten.

Cappadocia Ultra Trail
Cappadocia Ultra Trail için konakladık. Her şey çok güzeldi, özellikle kahvaltı. Tek bir eksi yanı: kaldığımız oda da neyseki televizyon tarafına tavandan bazı tozlar, döküntüler dökülüyordu, prizlerin yarısı çalışmıyordu ve tuvaleti bir perde ayırıyordu. Teşekkür ederiz.

O hotel é muito bom, acomodações confortáveis e modernas. A respeito do quarto a única questão realmente ruim é a cortina no banheiro ao invés de uma porta convencional, é realmente bastante desagradável utilizar o banheiro sem a privacidade adequada. O staff é simpático, mas não falam inglês, então a comunicação é nula, isso prejudica muito. Acabam tendo muita dificuldade em ajudar e não conseguem responder perguntas simples.
