I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!

We had a lovely time at the Ayazma Cave Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide personal attention to our family. A big breakfast was served each morning on a lovely patio. The staff kindly arranged excursions for us, helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. The property is walking distance to the town of Ürgüp.

Excellent hôtel. Très propre, personnel très accueillant et dévoué. Par contre, sur votre site il est écrit que l’hôtel est à une minute à pied du Parc National de Göreme, ce qui est faux.

Otele girer girmez kendi evinize girer gibi hoş bir karşılamayla karşı karşıya kaldık. Güleryüzlü çalışanlar ve işletme sahibi bizi hiç yabancılık çekmeden ağırladı. Bu durum bizi çok mutlu ve memnun bıraktı. Bekletilmeden odamıza yerleştirildik. Odamız öncesinde ısıtılmış ve adeta rüya gibiydi. Tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyordu.
