Rezervasyon sırasında da bu bilgi bizimle, Hotels.com ya da Alden Hotel tarafından paylaşılmadı. Paylaşılsaydı ona göre tercihimizi değiştirebilirdik. 29 Ekim haftası gittiğimiz için yoğunluktan oda değişikliği yapılamadı. Check out sırasında durumu belirttik ve resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar bir sonraki konaklamamız da üst katlardan oda verileceği notunu düştüler. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

New hotel with very nice facilities
We prefered a new and bigger hotel as opposed to a cave hotel in Cappadocia. The only downside is that the hotel is not very close to the main touristic attractions, but a car is needed in any case. Room, breakfast and gym/spa facilities were all amazing and the service was very attentive and professional. Highly recommend!
