Comfortable and high-quality furnished Tiny House in a wonderful location between the Danube and the Bavarian Forest.

This pretty Tiny House with its cosy living area with sofa bed (1.20x1.90 m), dining area and well-equipped kitchenette invites you to linger. In the separate bedroom with box-spring bed you will sleep and dream wonderfully. The Tiny House also has its own bathroom with shower/WC.

You can relax on your private wooden terrace with garden furniture while enjoying the wonderful view of the countryside and mountains. Here you can eat together or end the day with a barbecue. A barbecue can be hired for a fee and a deposit. There is also a barbecue area that can be used.

There is a general WLAN hotspot on the grounds of Franz Josefs Landresort.

The Tiny Haus is located on the Franzs Josefs Landresort campsite in an idyllic and quiet location. Here you will find a bistro with a large sun terrace offering drinks and snacks. The site is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, as it offers the perfect location for hiking and cycling. The campsite is situated between the Danube and the Bavarian Forest. The Danube cycle path is approx. 5.6 km away. Lake Rannasee is approx. 9 km away. Here you can swim and practise water sports.

There are also many popular excursion destinations nearby: Passau, Haus am Strom Untergriesbach, Danube boat trip, Granite Centre Bavarian Forest Hauzenberg, Visitor Mine Graphite Kropfmühle Hauzenberg, Old Distillery Penninger Waldkirchen, Treetop Walk Kopfing, Museum Village Bavarian Forest Tittling and even Austria is not far away. In winter you can go cross-country skiing nearby (approx. 900 m away), or go skiing in Austria (Hochficht is approx. 39 km away).
